Qianlie Qingyu Decoction Can Improve The Pain Symptoms Of Patients With Chronic Prostatitis And Its Mechanism

Objectives: To observe lecithin bodies,leukocytes,macrophage migration inhibitory factor(MIF)?tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)?interleukin-10(IL-10),nerve growth factor(NGF)levels,chronic prostatitis syndrome index scores(NIH-CPSI)and changes in TCM syndrome scores in prostatic fluid before and after treatment by comparing Qianlieqingyu Soup,Ningmitai Capsule and Celecoxib Capsules.To explore the mechanism of Qianlieqingyu Soup in relieving Chronic Prostatitis(CP)pain,to support clinical applications.Methods: A total of 120 patients with Chronic prostatitis who were treated in the Andrology department of our hospital from June,2017 to June,2018 were randomly divided into the experimental group(Qianlieqingyu Soup group)and the Chinese patent medicine control group(Ningmitai capsule group),western medicine control group(celecoxib capsule group).Forty patients in each group.The changes of lecithin,leukocyte,MIF,TNF-?,IL-10,NGF,NIH-CPSI,TCM syndrome scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the three groups before and after treatment.Results: A total of 116 cases were completed in this study,of which 3 cases were excluded and 1 case was shedding.In the experimental group,1 case was excluded due to allergic withdrawal;the western medicine control group was excluded from the treatment according to the course of treatment,and 2 cases were removed without contact.The final statistical results were 39 in the experimental group,40 in the Chinese patent medicine control group,and 37 in the western medicine control group.1)Age,duration,TCM scores,NIH-CPSI(pain symptoms,urinary symptoms,quality of life)scores,leukocytes,lecithin bodies,MIF,TNF-?,IL-10,NGF levels,etc.in three groups Before the treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2)The scores of leukocytes,MIF,TNF-?,IL-10,NGF,NIH-CPSI and TCM syndromes in the three groups of prostatic fluid were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the above indexes of the experimental group were significantly lower than the proprietary Chinese medicines.The control group and the western medicine control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Qianlieqingyu Soup has a significant effect on the improvement of pain symptoms in patients with CP,and its significant is higher than that of Ningbitai Capsule and Celecoxib Capsule.The safty of Qianlieqingyu Soup is very high.The mechanism may be related to the reduction of MIF?TNF-?? IL-10 and NGF in the prostatic fluid of patients with CP are related.
