Research On Dachaihu Tang Syndrome Based On Data Mining

ObjectiveOn the basis of summarizing the understanding of the relevant provisions of Dachaihu Tang prescription,combined with the exposition of ancient physicians,clear the etiology and pathogenesis of Dazhuai decoction and its prescription.And the statistical analysis of modern medical records,summed up the comparison of Dazhuai Tang adaptable diseases,symptoms,signs and drug composition and so on.Finally,the meta-analysis method was used to evaluate the clinical curative effect of Dachaihu Decoction and its addition and subtraction in the treatment of acute cholecystitis.Through the clinical randomized controlled trials of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of acute cholecystitis,the clinical trials of Dachaihu Decoction were evaluated in an objective and systematic manner,and the results were obtained as far as possible.MethodsTheoretical research,the first to "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and "Golden Chamber" recorded in the provisions of the prescription as the basis,through the prescription,the etiology and pathogenesis,disease,prescription,decoction and other aspects of Dabaihu Decoction recipe analysis,making the rationale for a consistent function of Dachaihu Decoction in Bupleurum Decoction,which provides the theory for the proper use of Dachaihu Decoction.Clinical medical study of statistical analysis,through the collection of modern clinical application of the 100 cases of Dachaihu Decoction,summarized the treatment of the disease,symptoms,drug composition,drug dose,the number of agents,the patient' s gender age,the use of searched by computer.After reading,sorting and sorting,each document was recorded according to the two tests in the Cochrane literature quality evaluation system,and the information on the high risk of bias was removed.Literatures were used to evaluate the existing randomized controlled trials using Revman5.3 software.Results:First,combined with Liujing,Liujing Disease,Liujing Dialectical and other concepts and the ancient physician for the understanding of Dabaihu Tang,draw Dabaihu Tang disease in Shaoyang Yangming,the pathological level involved in camp blood points.Second,through the
