Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the application of Jiawei Qinggu Powder in thetreatment of patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis duringperioperative period of yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome, and toobjectively evaluate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in thetreatment of patients with thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis and yindeficiency syndrome.Provide a basis for adjuvant treatment of patients with yindeficiency and heat syndrome. Methods:Retrospective analysis of the Department of Orthopaedics of Hunan ProvincialHospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2013 to July 2018,theFirst People's Hospital of Chenzhou City, the Fourth Hospital of Chenzhou City, and the Chinese Medicine Hospital of Xiangxi, the data of patients with thoracicand lumbar tuberculosis yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome meeting theinclusion criteria.Whether to take Jiawei Qinggu Powder was divided intotreatment group and control group,30 cases were collected,a total of 60 cases.Treatment group: Jiawei Qing Gu San + standard first-line anti-mite drugchemotherapy + lesion removal bone graft fusion internal fixation group;controlgroup: standard first-line anti-spasm drug chemotherapy + lesion removal bonegraft fusion internal fixation group. The pain visual analogue scale(VAS),dysfunction score(ODI),chemotherapy side effects(liver and kidney function),and erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)of the two groups before surgery,2weeks after surgery, and 4 weeks after surgery were observed.Spinal nervefunction(Frankel classification)was observed and recorded 2 weeks beforesurgery and 4 weeks after surgery and statistical analysis was performed.Results:1.Observation and comparison of curative effect between the two groups: thetreatment group was cured in 4 cases, significantly effective in 9 cases, effectivein 16 cases, and ineffective in 1 case; The total effective rate was 96.7% in thetreatment group and 83.3% in the control group. The total effective rate of thetwo groups was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.In terms of the total scores of TCM symptoms of the two groups, the treatmentgroup was superior to the control group with statistical significance(p< 0.05).3.VAS score,ODI score,ALT level and serum creatinine(SCR)were comparedbetween the two groups at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery, and thedifferences were statistically significant(p< 0.05).4.There was no significant difference in Frankel classification before and aftertreatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Jiawei Qinggu Powder synergistically controls the symptoms of tuberculosispoisoning in patients with yin deficiency and heat syndrome duringperioperative period of thoracic and lumbar spinal tuberculosis, which hassignificant curative effect.2.Jiawei Qinggu Powder can significantly reduce the side effects of chemotherapyin patients with yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome during thoracic andlumbar spinal tuberculosis.3.Jiawei Qinggu Powder can significantly alleviate the pain degree of patientswith yin deficiency and internal heat syndrome during thoracic and lumbarspinal tuberculosis, and improve the patient's mobility.
