Research On Ephedra Decoction Recipe And Syndrome Based On Data Mining Technology

ObjectiveMahuang Decoction comes from Treatise on Typhoid Fever,it is a classical prescription for the treatment of syndrome of exterior-cold of TAI YANG.Although it has four flavors,it is precise and ingenious.It is widely used in clinical practice.In this paper,through literature research methods and data mining technology,we discuss and study the syndrome theory of Mahuang Decoction,analyze and summarize the application and exertion of Mahuang Decoction by physicians of past dynasties and modern clinics,in order to further explore the rule of differentiation and treatment of Mahuang Decoction,and provide reference for rational and standardized use of Mahuang Decoction in modern clinic.MethodsThe paper includes four parts:The first chapter is a literature review,mainly on the clinical application of Mahuang Decoction related literature and modern pharmacological research reports were collated,summarized and concluded.To grasp the research progress of Mahuang Decoction in recent years.The second chapter is the theoretical study of Mahuang Decoction 's prescription and syndrome,which is divided into four parts.Firstly,the relevant articles recorded in Treatise on Febrile Diseases are analyzed and explained.Secondly,combined with the original text and the notes of doctors in past dynasties,the etiology,pathogenesis,main symptoms,prescription compatibility and decoction methods of Mahuang Decoction syndrome were analyzed and studied.Thirdly,through the analysis of relevant provisions,the derivation of Mahuang Decoction recipes is studied to clarify the thinking of Zhang Zhongjing recipe.Fourthly,the treatments of asthma in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Synopsis of the Golden Chamber are analyzed in order to distinguish the similarities and differences in etiology,pathogenesis,main symptoms and main therapeutic efficacy of each syndrome and guide rational drug use in clinic.Chapter three is the study of modern medical cases of Mahuang Decoction,which combines with modern medical cases to study the characteristics of Mahuang Decoction and its application in modern clinical practice.Collection of CNKI,VIP,WanFang data,CBM from the establishment of the database to August 2018 Mahuang Decoction case reports,the establishment of the database,and use SPSS22.0 for statistical analysis.Chapter 4 is a systematic review and meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials of Mahuang Decoction combined with routine western medicine in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis.Search CNKI,VIP,WanFang data,CBM PubMed,Cochrane Library.The retrieval time is from the establishment of the database to July 10,2018.Cochrane system bias risk assessment tool and GRADE system recommendation classification method were used to evaluate the quality of the included studies.RevMan 5.3 software was used to analyze the total effective rate and the disappearance time of wheezing,wet rale,wheezing and cough.Outcomes(1)Mahuang Decoction is widely used in the treatment of gynecology,pediatrics and other diseases in modern Chinese medicine clinic,and its curative effect is remarkable.Pharmacological action,with antipyretic,sweating,anti-virus,anti-inflammatory,cough relief asthma,anti-allergy and immune regulation.(2)According to the theory of prescription and syndrome,the main pathogenesis of Mahuang Decoction is cold pathogenic external tract,Weiyang depression,Yingyin stagnation and pulmonary Qi obscurity.The main points of syndrome differentiation are body pain,fever due to chills,no sweat and wheezing.(3)A total of 152 medical cases were included in 99 literatures.Common diseases include cold,cough,enuresis,epistaxis and hiccup.The indications were no sweat,cough and asthma,fever,headache and body pain,thin white tongue coating and tight pulse.The commonly used additives are asarum,Fangfeng,ginger,Pinellia temata and aconite root.(4)A total of 15 randomized controlled trials involving 1342 patients were included.The experimental group was treated with modified Mahuang Decoction combined with routine western medicine,while the control group was treated with routine western medicine.Seven of them were moderate risk bias and the others were high risk bias.Meta-analysis results show that:compared with simple western medicine treatment,modified Mahuang Decoction combined with western medicine treatment can significantly improve the total effective rate of treatment[RR=1.23,95%Cl(1.18,1.28)].Shorten the disappearance time of wheezing sound[MD=-1.72,95%CI(-1.94,-1.50)],Time of wet rale disappearance[MD=-1.61,95%Cl(-1.76,-1.45)],Time of wheezing disappearance[MD=-1.83,95%CI(-2.06,-1.60)],Time of cough disappearance[MD=-2.53,95%CI(-2.96,-2.11)].GRADE evaluation results:the total effective rate,disappearance time of wheezing,disappearance time of wet rale,disappearance time of wheezing were medium quality evidence,and disappearance time of cough was very low quality evidence.ConclusionThrough literature review,theoretical discussion of prescription and evidence,medical case statistics and evidence-based medicine,we have a thorough understanding of the theory of prescription and the rule of differentiation and treatment of Mahuang Decoction.In order to better inherit and develop Mahuang Decoction on the basis of summing up the experience of predecessors,and provide guidance and reference for the modern clinical application of Mahuang Decoction.
