Objective: Tinnitus is one of the most difficult ear diseases to treat.Modern people's longterm noise exposure and unhealthy life style promote the prevalence of nervous tinnitus to increase year by year, and the effective treatment of tinnitus has gradually attracted attention. At present, there is no specific medicine for the treatment of neurotinnitus. The treatment methods and efficacy of Western medicine are also limited.More and more people tend to seek the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine. The purpose of this study is to explore a more effective treatment for neurological tinnitus by comparing the curative effect of the rubbing needle group with the reinforcing-reducing group,to help patients solve the problem of tinnitus, and further promote the "acupuncture gem"-the national standard twenty-four single-style manipulation. Methods: This experimental study was conducted in the outpatient department of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Heilongjiang Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine.A total of 60 patients with neurological tinnitus met the diagnostic criteria.60 subjects were divided into 2 groups according to the random principle, each group had 30 people. The treatment intervention method in this study was the "rubbing method" of the national standard twenty-four single-manipulation method. The rubbing needle group was the treatment group, and the reinforcing-reducing group was the control group. All acupoints selected are bilateral, including Tinggong,Yifeng,Zhongzhu,Fengchi,Taichong,Waiguan. In the treatment group, rubbing method was applied to Tinggong,Waiguan, and Fengchi, and the remaining points were used twirling reinforcing-reducing method. In the control group, after acupuncture, the acupuncture points were applied reinforcing and reducing twirling manipulation.Leave the needle for 30 minutes for each acupuncture treatment, withdraw the needle, and press with a sterile cotton ball for a while to prevent bleeding. The treatment courses of the two groups are the same, that is,5 times a week, and a week is a course of treatment,a total of 4 courses of treatment. If the patient recovers halfway through,he will not continue treatment. Before the acupuncture operation,do a good job with the patient and check the needle. The whole process should be strictly disinfected, and the principle of "one person, one needle" should always be observed. The amount and intensity of acupuncture stimulation should be increased or decreased according to the patient's body and tolerance level. The efficacy evaluation indicators are the tinnitus handicap inventory(THI)and the Tinnitus Severity Rating Scale. The tinnitus condition of the patient is evaluated before and after treatment. The tinnitus severity assessment scale is used as the main clinical efficacy evaluation standard. After the study was completed,a data database was established, and after statistical analysis, the results of the two groups were compared before and after the group and between the groups.Result:1.The two groups compared gender, age, course of disease,THI tinnitus disability assessment scale score and various scores before treatment, and tinnitus severity score, after statistical analysis,p> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.2.Before and after treatment, the THI scale score, the THI three-item score and the tinnitus severity score of the two groups were compared within the group,p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.3.The THI scale score and tinnitus severity score of the two groups after treatment were compared between groups,p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant.4.The THI three factor scores of the two groups were compared between the groups after treatment.Among them, the functional and emotional scores were compared. The test analysis results were p <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the severity scores were compared,p> 0.05,the difference was not Statistical significance.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy after treatment between the two groups: 5 cases recovered in the treatment group,15 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 86.67%.In the control group,1 case was cured,10 cases were markedly effective,11 cases were effective,8 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 73.33%.Through statistical rank sum test analysis,z =-2.413,p = 0.016,p <0.05,the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: 1.The overall effect of rubbing method on tinnitus is superior to that of reinforcing-reducing method.2.The effect of rubbing therapy on the severity of tinnitus is more significant than that of reinforcing-reducing therapy.3.Both treatments have comparable effects on subjective cognitive impairment, and rubbing has better effects on functional and emotional impairment.
