Analyze The Clinical Effect Of Acupoint Application Therapy On Bronchial Asthma From The Perspective Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Physique

Purpose:To investigate and analyze the physical distribution of TCM Types of asthma patients,patients with bronchial asthma by age,gender,BMI,differentiation of body type,and observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint therapy in the treatment of different types of patients with bronchial asthma,and provide new ideas for prevention from individual angle optimization physical therapy bronchial asthma is the external therapies of TCM.Material and method : According to traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in adult bronchial asthma diagnosis standard,collecting asthma cases,according to the study design of the questionnaire,and some patients from July 1,2015 to July 1,2017 to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine hospital and clinics as the research object,completing the survey of TCM Constitution questionnaire in researchers under the guidance of these different physique the type of asthma patients with acupoint sticking therapy,the differences and changes of observed indicators between patients before and after treatment.Results:The constituent ratio of 1.the distribution of physical types of patients with bronchial asthma:24.31% of qi deficiency,Yang deficiency accounted for 21.53%,accounting for 16.67% of the intrinsic quality,phlegm and blood stasis accounted for 10.42%,accounting for 6.25%,yin deficiency 9.03%,damp heat,qi stagnation accounted for 3.47%,accounted for 3.47%,accounted for 4.86% of gentleness;2.factors affecting the health of patients with bronchial asthma type: Gender: female mainly is Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency,the male is mainly Qi deficiency and intrinsic quality;age: Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency will increase with age;the BMI: low recombination mainly in deficiency,qi stagnation,normal group mainly in constitution,Yang Deficiency,gentleness,overweight,obvious distribution in Qi deficiency;the syndrome type: lung deficiency is mainly Qi deficiency,spleen deficiency mainly for phlegm,deficiency of kidney yang deficiency mainly.3.acupoint sticking therapy can improve lung function and reduce the percentage of eosinophils,reduce asthma attacks,improve the ACT score of the treatment of bronchial asthma,the acupoint application therapy for improving pulmonary function,Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,the intrinsic quality of the [FEV1/FVC(%)FEV1(%)] is more significant for reducing;Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,the intrinsic quality of the percentage of eosinophils was more significant;to reduce the number of Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,the intrinsic quality of the attack is more significant;to improve Yang deficiency,Qi deficiency,the intrinsic quality of the ACT score.Conclusion : TCM Constitution of patients with bronchial asthma were mainly Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,intrinsic quality,and it is proved that the acupoint application on more Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,the intrinsic quality of patients with asthma treatment significantly,provide the basis for the next research on a more comprehensive and systematic.
