Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Throat With Deficiency Of Lung Yin By Comprehensive Therapy

Purpose:In this study,we observed and compared the clinical manifestations and changes of laryngeal symptoms in patients with lung-yin deficiency chronic laryngeal choke before and after treatment,and explored the clinical efficacy of comprehensive therapy in treating lung-yin deficiency chronic laryngeal choke.We also used VHI-10 scale and voice analysis parameters to understand the quality of life and voice changes of patients.The purpose of this study is to explore the best method for the treatment of chronic laryngeal choke,and to provide new ideas for the treatment of chronic laryngeal choke in the future.Material and method:From October 2017 to December 2018,60 patients with chronic laryngeal choke were selected from the outpatient department of otorhinolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The study adopted randomized controlled trial.60 patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Yangyin Qingfei Decoction,acupoint application and aerosol inhalation,while the control group was treated with aerosol inhalation.The symptoms and signs of the patients were recorded during 28 days of treatment.VHI-10 scale score and computer voice analysis were performed at the beginning and end of treatment.SPSS22.0 software package database was used to analyze and compare the results of the two groups before and after treatment,P <0.05 showed significant difference.Results:There was no significant difference in age,sex and other observation indexes between the two groups before treatment,which was comparable.By comparing the changes of the main therapeutic indicators before and after treatment,the results showed that the total effective rate of the two groups was significantly different(p <0.05)by Chi-square test,suggesting that the total cure rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group.At the same time,the voice disorder index scale(VHI-10)score and voice analysis parameters of the treatment group and the control group were relatively improved before and after the comparison,the difference was statistically significant(p < 0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive therapy has better clinical effect in alleviating symptoms and signs,restoring voice function and improving patients' quality of life in patients with chronic laryngeal choke of lung yin deficiency type.It fully reflects that traditional Chinese medicine has certain advantages in improving patients' quality of life and voice quality.
