| Purpose:To study the characteristics of morphology and spirit change in different stages of breast cancer and the law of traditional Chinese medicine.Material and method:This paper adopted a retrospective analysis method to select patients admitted to the department of oncology of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2017 to May 2018 with breast cancer as the first diagnosis.Patients were screened according to inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,and Microsoft Excel was used to make a table to establish a database of patients' basic information.Patients' name,gender,age,pathological diagnosis,treatment of western medicine,treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,symptoms and signs and other clinical data were recorded.According to the degree of disease progression,breast cancer patients were divided into 4 stages,including prevention of recurrence and metastasis,early survival with tumor,late survival with tumor,and terminal stage.After that,Microsoft Excel was used to make a table to establish the database of the application of traditional Chinese medicine in each period,and the frequency and dose statistics of the collected traditional Chinese medicine data were conducted.Furthermore,the statistical analysis was carried out for the deformity of the body and spirit in each stage and the medication of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:1.115 patients were included in this study,which were divided into 4 stages according to the severity of the disease.2.Prevent 78 cases of patients at the stage of recurrence and metastasis.The patients at this stage are in the state of no tumor,and the body and mind injury index is the minimum.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the treatment of the least spirit,shape and spirit and shape of the most to maintain a tumor-free state,eliminate symptoms,signs;The treatment aims at the absolute unity of form and spirit.3.There were 13 patients in the early stage of survival with tumor.In this stage,there was a single metastatic lesion,and the body-spirit injury index was greater than that in the stage of recurrence and metastasis.During this period,patients with positive hormone receptor weremainly treated with endocrine therapy,while the types of decoction pieces of Chinese medicine were increased,and the dose of some decoction pieces for exorcism was increased,so as to strengthen the effect of endocrine therapy and shrink the tumor significantly.The goal of treatment is to pursue the absolute unity of form and spirit.4.There were 17 patients with advanced survival with tumor,in which 2 or more metastases occurred,and the body and mind injury index was higher than that in the early survival with tumor.For wound treatment with chemotherapy,second and third tier endocrine drug treatment is given priority to,at the same time the application Chinese medicine treatment,in order to alleviate side effects and increase the anti-tumor effect of western medicine,treatment and more physical symptoms,complications,and psychosomatic symptoms,which makes the governance form of evil yinpian proportion fall further,to treat the righting of god and in the add and subtract to further increase the proportion of slices;The goal of treatment is to pursue the relative unity of form and spirit.5.There were 7 patients at the end of life,and the patients at the end of life had the largest body and mind injury index.Traditional Chinese medicine decoction pieces for the treatment of god accounted for the most,and the shape and spirit of the treatment and the shape of the decoction pieces accounted for the least;Instead of anti-tumor treatment,most of them use palliative treatment.If taking traditional Chinese medicine,the main purpose is to strengthen the body so as to slow down the speed of mental injury,and to pursue the relative unity of form and spirit.6.In short,the severity of both physical and mental injuries showed a gradually increasing trend,and the severity of physical injuries was higher.In each stage,the proportion of TCM treating spirit was higher than that of treating shape and shape and spirit.As the course of disease progressed,the proportion of TCM treating shape gradually decreased,and the proportion of TCM with chemotherapy was less.There are two trends: prevention/pursuing absolute or close to absolute unity of body and spirit based on disappearance/shrinkage of tumor in early stage,and pursuing relative or close to relative unity of body and spirit centering on maintenance of quality of life in late stage.Conclusion:1.Healing wounds should be first and foremost consistent.2.The treatment of physical injury is inversely proportional to the high and moderate intensity of chemotherapy and the serious progression of the disease. |
