Trinity Of Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of CKD3 Stage Spleen And Kidney Qi Deficiency And Damp Turbidity And Blood Stasis Patients

Purpose : By observing the clinical efficacy and laboratory indexes of the trinity of traditional chinese medicine treatment in the treatment of patients who with deficiency of the spleen and kidney,dampness-turbid blood stasis at CKD3 stage.To analyze and discuss the advantages of this therapy,in order to provide reference evidence for clinical treatment ulteriorly.Material and method:Collectting from october 2017 to august 2018,the patients had hospitalized in liaoning traditional chinese medicine nephrology department,who with deficiency of the spleen and kidney,dampness-turbid blood stasis at CKD3 stage.A total of90 patients who met the requirements were selected according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria established in this clinical study.Among them,a total of 28 patients were included in group A who were treated with the simple oral shenshuai prescription;a total of 30 patients in group B were treated with oral shenshuai prescription combined with jiangdan decoction for retention enema;a total of 32 patients were included in group C who were treated with the trinity of traditional chinese medicine treatment.All patients in the three groups were given basic medical treatment for two weeks as a course of treatment.After one course of treatment,observing three groups of patients' changes of clinical symptoms,TCM syndrome integral,relevant laboratory indicators(serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and endogenous creatinine clearance),in order to compare the difference of efficacy between the three groups.Results:1.Comparison of TCM efficacy among the three groups Comparison of disease efficacy: compared with before treatment,all the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients in the three groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the group A was 57.14%,the total effective rate in the group B was 60%,and the total effective rate in the group C was 87.50%,the improvement was more obvious in the group C(*P<0.0167).Comparison of efficacy of TCM syndromes: clinical symptoms of the three groups of patients improved after treatment(P<0.05),the total effective rate of group A was 53.57%,the total effective rate of group B was 56.67%,the total effective rate of group C was 87.50%,the improvement of group C was more significant(*P<0.0167).2.Comparison of TCM symptom scores among the three groups Compared with before treatment,TCM symptom scores of the three groups were all decreased(P<0.05),indicating that the three groups had effective treatment.After the treatment,the differences between the three groups were compared,group C was compared with group A and group B,*P<0.05(with statistical difference).Comparison between group A and group B,?P>0.05(no statistical difference),the treatment effect was more obvious in group C.3.Comparison of the levels of laboratory indicators among the three groups Compared with before treatment,Scr and BUN levels were all decreased(P<0.05)and Ccr levels were increased(P<0.05)in three groups after treatment.Comparison of Scr difference value between the three groups before and after treatment,group C was compared with group A and group B,*P<0.05(with statistical difference),comparison between group A and group B,?P>0.05(no statistical difference),the Scr value decreased most in group C,and there was no difference between group A and group B;Comparison of BUN difference value between the three groups before and after treatment,group C was compared with group A and group B,*P=0.00 < 0.05(with statistical difference),comparison between group A and group B?P=0.049 < 0.05(with statistical difference),The BUN value in group C decreased the most,group B was second;Comparison of Ccr difference value between the three groups before and after treatment,group C was compared with group A and group B,*P=0.00 <0.05(with statistical difference),comparison between group A and group B ?P=0.012 <0.05(with statistical difference),The Ccr value in group C increased the most,group B was second.Conclusion:The trinity of traditional chinese medicine treatment can significantly improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients,it can also significantly reduce serum creatinine(Scr)and blood urea nitrogen(BUN),increase endogenous creatinine clearance(Ccr),and delay thedevelopment of chronic.It is the best choice to treat CKD3 patients with deficiency of the spleen and kidney both dampness-turbid blood stasis.
