Objective: Through the identification of TCM constitution in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia, the distribution of the constitution and the characteristics of the disease were analyzed, and the related risk factors affecting type 2diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia were explored to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of this disease.Materials and methods: From May 2017 to March 2018,221 patients with type 2diabetes mellitus who were hospitalized in the Department of Endocrinology,Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, were divided into 145 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(Referred to as T2 DM group)and 76 patients with 2cases.Type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperuricemia group(Referred to as T2DM+HUA group).Collect basic patient information, such as gender, age, etc.;analyze the type of patient's physical distribution;organize and record the patient's laboratory indicators.Statistical methods: Statistical analysis was performed on the data collected using SPSS 22.0.The count data was analyzed by chi-square test. For the measurement data, the normal distribution is subject to the parameter test and is expressed by the mean ± standard deviation;if it does not obey the normal distribution, the non-parametric test is used. The Pearson coefficient was used to explore the relevant risk factors. It was judged to be statistically significant at p < 0.05.Results:1.Among the patients in the T2DM+HUA group, the proportion of patients with phlegm-dampness was the highest, followed by Pinghe quality,damp-heat quality,qi-deficiency and yang-deficiency;in patients with T2 DM,yang deficiency> Pinghe quality>phlegm/damp heat quality>qi-deficiency.2.In the T2DM+HUA group, the levels of blood uric acid and frequency of phlegm-dampness and damp-heat patients were significantly higher than those of yang-deficiency and qi-deficiency(p<0.05).3.The mean age of patients in the T2 DM group was higher than that in the T2DM+HUA group.Statistically significant in the T2DM+HUA group, the ratio of male to female patients was approximately 2:1;the smoking history and drinking in the T2DM+HUA group The proportion of history is higher than that of the simple T2 DM group. The number and composition of overweight and obesity in T2DM+HUA group were significantly higher than those in T2 DM group alone.4.The levels of TG and urinary albumin in T2DM+HUA group were higher than those in T2 DM group alone, but in CHO,LDL-C and HDL-C.There is no difference between them.Conclusion:1.Patients with simple T2 DM with phlegm and dampness should pay attention to prevent the occurrence of hyperuricemia.2.Young patients with type 2 diabetes are more likely to have hyperuricemia. Both smoking and drinking are factors influencing type 2 diabetes with hyperuricemia.3.BMI,triglyceride and urinary albumin are associated with the onset of T2 DM in combination with HUA,suggesting that in patients with type 2 diabetes, changes in the above indicators should be closely monitored to prevent or reduce the occurrence of hyperuricemia.
