Objective:Objective to investigate whether ethnic differences exist in the risk factors for Hyperuricemia of Type 2 diabetes mellitus in the context of different lifestyles of han,Tibetan and hui people in qinghai province.Methods:From March 2014 to September 2018,a total of 603 patients with Type 2 diabetes of different ethnic groups(han,Tibetan and hui)hospitalized in our hospital were collected,including 174 cases in the high uric acid group and 429 cases in the non-high uric acid group.The diagnosis met the diagnostic criteria of HUA and WHO2 diabetes in 1999.General biochemical data including age,gender,nationality,course of disease,waist circumference,BMI,TG,TCH,FPG,2h PG,Hb A1 c,insulin secretion index,insulin resistance index and diabetes complications were collected.Statistical analysis was completed by SPSS23.0.Results:1.There was no statistical difference in the detection rate of HUA between different ethnic groups in T2DM(P > 0.05).2.In the population of T2 DM,Compared with the NUA group: the age,waist circumference,TG,homa-beta,hypertension detection rate and DN detection rate in the HUA group were all higher than those in the NUA group,while the FBG and Hb A1 c levels were lower than those in the NUA group(P < 0.05).3.In the total population of T2 DM,TG and hypertension were independent risk factors for HUA,while the level of blood glucose was a factor for reducing blood uric acid level,and the statistical significance was significant(P < 0.05).4.Compared with the NUA group,among the patients with T2DM:Waistline,BMI,TG,homa-beta,the detection rates of hypertension in the HUA group of the han nationality all were higher than those in the NUA group,while the Hb A1 c level was lower than those in the NUA group,with statistical differences(P < 0.05);The gender,age,the detection rates of hypertension and DN of Tibetan were statistically significant(P < 0.05),among which the age,the detection rates of hypertension and DN were higher than those of NUA group;Age,TCH,the detection rates of hypertension,DN and DPN of the hui nationality were all higher than those of the NUA group,while FBG and Hb A1 c levels were lower than those of the NUA group(P<0.05).5.In T2 DM patients of different ethnic groups,hypertension and TG of the han nationality might be independent risk factors for HUA(P < 0.05),while the level of blood glucose was a factor for reducing blood uric acid level(P < 0.05);Tibetan hypertension and DN may be independent risk factors for HUA(P < 0.05);DPN and hypertension of the hui nationality may be independent risk factors for associated HUA(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.Among the total population with T2 DM,the age,waist circumference,TG,homa-beta,hypertension detection rate and DN detection rate in the HUA group were all higher than those in the NUA group,while the FBG and Hb A1 c levels were lower than those in the NUA group.Risk factors for HUA in T2 DM patients include TG,hypertension and the level of blood glucose.2.Compared with the NUA group,among the T2 DM patients of different ethnic groups: waistline,BMI,TG,homa-beta,the detection rates of hypertension of the han nationality in the HUA group were higher than those in the NUA group,and the Hb A1 c level was lower than those in the NUA group;The age,hypertension and DN of Tibetan were higher than that of NUA group;The age,TCH,hypertension detection rate,DN detection rate and DPN detection rate of the hui nationality were higher than those of the NUA group,while the FBG and Hb A1 c levels were lower than those of the NUA group.3.The detection rate of HUA in patients with T2 DM mellitus was not statistically significant in different ethnic groups,but the risk factors were different:The han nationality has hypertension,TG,and the level of blood glucose;Tibetan has hypertension and DN;The hui nationality has DPN and hypertension.
