| Purpose:To observe the therapeutic effect of Xuebijing injection combined with conventional western medicine on hyerlipidemias acute pancreatitis with blood stasis and mutual toxin.To explore the clinical efficacy and significance of Xuebingjing injectiong combined with conventional western therapy in the treatment of stasis-toxin type hyerlipidemias acute pancreatitis.Material and method : The study participants were 40 patients diagnosed as Stasis-toxin type hyerlipidemias ute pancreatitis from October 2016 to June 2018 in the general surgery group of integrated traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine in affiliate hospital of liaoning university of traditional Chinese medicine.20 patients in each group were randomly divide into two group.Both of the group were treated with conventional western medicine,with the exception that intravenous drip instillation of Xuebijing injection being added to the observation group.During the treatment,the duration of abdominal pain symptoms,physical signs,serum amylase,leukocyte count and blood triglyceride returned to normal in both group,as well as the average length of stay in hospital in both group.Result:1.Before and after treatment,the index values of each view in the two group were decreased in comparison with those in the group,and there was a significant difference between the two group(p<0.05).The values of the experimental indexes in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).2.The relief time of abdominal pain symptoms and signs in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The time of serum amylase,urine amylase,leukocyte count and blood TG decreased to normal in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The average hospitalization of patients in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).3.Compared with the total effective rate after 7 days in the two group,the total effective rate in the observation group after treatment was obviously higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuebijing injection combined with the routine treatment of western medicine has a good therapeutic effect on blood stasis toxin interlinked HLAP,and achieve a good therapeutic effect,and the curative effect is obviously better than that of western medicine alone.There are no obvious adverse reactions and side effects in the whole clinical trial,so the treatment is reliable and safe,and provides a more effective treatment scheme for clinical patient. |
