Clinical Observation Of Safflower Yellow Pigment Injection Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris

Purpose:Observation of safflower yellow pigment injection combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris clinical curative effect observation,Mainly the short-term efficacy of angina pectoris curative effect, electrocardiogram(ECG) was observed.Material and method:Using random parallel control method, 52 cases of hospitalized patients with unstable angina were randomly divided into two groups. The control group consisted of 26 patients to receive isosorbide mononitrate, aspirin as anti-platelet treatment, statins as lipid lowering treatment, and the β-blocker metoprolol. The treatment group consisted of 26 patients to receive The safflower yellow pigment injection in 0.9% Na Cl solution 100 ml, qd, in addition to the same Western medicines as for the control group. Patients received continuous reatment for 14 d as a treatment cycle.Observation of clinical symptoms, electrocardiogram, liver and kidney function, improve the platelet and other physical and chemical inspection.Efficacy was assessed at the end of one treatment cycle.Results: 1.Two groups of angina pectoris improvement, The safflower yellow pigment injection group total effectiveness 92.3%, control group total effective rate 69.2%, Compared two groups of efficient after rank sum test(P < 0.05), statistically significant. 2.Two groups of electrocardiogram improvement, The safflower yellow pigment injection group total effectiveness 30.8%, control group total effective rate 19.2%, Compared two groups of efficient after rank sum test(P > 0.05), statistically significant. 3.In the two groups before and after the treatment of liver and kidney function, platelet, adverse reactions, such as by t test statistical comparison(P > 0.05), no statistical difference.Conclusion: 1.Safflower yellow pigment injection joint group of western medicine treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease unstable angina patients curative effect is better than thecontrol group 2.Safflower yellow pigment injection with western medicine group therapy of coronary heart disease unstable angina patients’ electrocardiogram result there was no significant difference. 3.Safflower yellow pigment injection with western medicine group therapy of liver and kidney function in patients with unstable angina, coronary heart disease results no statistical difference before and after platelet, adverse reactions, is safe and effective.
