Acupuncture And Medicine Combined Treatment Of Vascular Dementia (kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) Clinical Observation And Optimization Plan

Objective:Taking the patients of vascular dementia with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome as the observation object,observe the clinical effect of four different acupuncture combined therapies,select the optimal scheme of VD treatment,and provide the basis for the prevention and treatment of vascular dementia(kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Methods:93 cases were observed.According to the design principle of prospective randomized parallel control,22 cases were randomly assigned to group A(Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment),24 cases to group B(Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment + traditional Chinese medicine decoction),23 cases to group C(Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment + traditional Chinese Medicine),24 cases to group D(Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment + traditional Chinese Medicine)Decoction + Chinese patent medicine).All the four groups were treated for 8 weeks.All patients were assessed with activities of daily living(ADL),Mini Mental State Examination(MMSE)and syndrome of kidney deficiency and blood stasis before and after treatment The safety ind2 exes such as blood routine,urine routine,stool routine and occult blood test,blood coagulation routine,liver and kidney function,electrocardiogram and adverse reactions or events during the test were recorded.Results:(1)In terms of cognitive ability:In terms of cognitive ability,the total effective rate of improving cognitive function in group A,group B,group C and group D was 68.1%,79.1%,82.6% and 87.5%,respectively.Compared with group A,the total effective rate in group B,group C and group D was significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).Compared with group B,the total effective rate in group D was significantly improved,with a statistically significant difference(P < 0.05),compared with group C,group D was significantly improved The total effective rate was significantly increased(P < 0.05).The MMSE scores of the four groups were improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05).After treatment,compared with group A,group B,group C and group D showed significant improvement in orientation(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in memory,calculation,language and visual space between group B and group C(P > 0.05),The ability of memory,calculation,language and visual space were significantly improved in group D(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).(2)In terms of daily living ability:Compared with group A,group B,group C and group D,the total effective rate of improving the ability of daily life was 54.5%,79.1%,78.2% and 87.5%.Compared with group A,the total effective rate of ADL in group B,group C and group D was significantly higher(P < 0.05).Compared with group B,the total effective rate of ADL in group D was significantly higher(P < 0.05).Compared with group C,the total effective rate of ADL in group D was significantly higher(P < 0.05))? The MMSE scores of the four groups were improved before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The total ADL score of the four groups decreased before and after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).After treatment,ADL scores of four groups were compared.After treatment,compared with group A,ADL scores of group B,group C and group D increased significantly(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).There was no significant difference in ADL between group A,group B,group C and group D(P > 0.05)(3)In kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome score: The total effective rates of group A,B,C and D were 59.1%,70.8%,73.9% and 83.3%.After statistical analysis,compared with group A,the total effective rate of sdsvd in group B,group C and group D was significantly higher(P < 0.05).Compared with group B,the total effective rate of sdsvd in group D was significantly higher(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine based on acupuncture and Western medicine has significant clinical effect on vascular dementia of kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,which can significantly improve the cognitive function of patients,especially the memory and orientation function;can significantly improve the daily life function of patients,and improve the physical daily life ability.Compared with other schemes,group D(Western medicine treatment + acupuncture treatment + traditional Chinese medicine decoction + Chinese patent medicine)has more significant clinical effect,which is the best treatment scheme,can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients,improve the quality of life of patients,and provide some reference for the follow-up clinical research.
