| Objective: The characteristics of the medical treatment of medical hiccups and medication rules based on data mining in Ming and Qing Dynasties.Methods: Using "Chinese Medical Code"(Hunan Electronic Audio-Visual Publishing House,Fifth Edition)as a search library,collect the articles and medical records of medical practitioners who treated hiccups during the Ming and Qing Dynasties.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of medical records and the screening criteria of prescriptions,establish a prescription database;create an Excel table for the number of medical records screened,record the name of the ancient book,author,gender,age stage,syndrome type,cold and hot diseases and so on.Enter the prescription database into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistant platform software,establish the database,conduct drug frequency analysis,drug four-flavor and five-flavor meridian analysis,drug combination analysis,association rule analysis,and new prescription analysis,and export the analysis results.Use WPS to create an Excel table to count the efficacy classification,type count and frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine,and calculate the frequency of use of this type of traditional Chinese medicine.Results: A total of 342 prescriptions were screened from the "Chinese Medical Code",with a total of 214 tastes of traditional Chinese medicine and 2625 times of use of traditional Chinese medicine;Commonly used drugs are orange peel,pinellia,poria,licorice,ginseng,clove,bamboo rusk,persimmon stem,ginger,dried ginger,white peony root,atractylodes macrocephala;According to the classification of drug efficacy,a total of19 drug efficacy types are involved.The most frequently used supplements are tonic,accounting for 22.4%;followed by phlegm and cough and asthma medicine,and Qi medicine,accounting for 15.7% and 14.2%,respectively;The four qis are mainly warm medicines,followed by cold medicines;the five flavors are mainly bitter,spicy,and sweet;the spleen,stomach,and lung meridians are the most common in the way of menstruation;The medical case analysis of this disease involves a total of 14 syndromes,including 6 syndromes of stomach deficiency and qi reversal syndrome,spleen and stomach qi deficiency syndrome,liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome,kidney deficiency incompatibility syndrome,lung qi stagnation syndrome,and deficiency and prolapse Patterns found.Conclusion: Medical experts in the Ming and Qing dynasties believed that the disease was located in the stomach and was related to the lung,spleen,liver,and kidney.Syndrome differentiation should be the first to distinguish between cold and heat,and treatment should be based on reducing spleen and erection,focusing on supplementing the spleen and stomach,Xuanfei,calming the liver,and nourishing the liver and kidney. |
