From The Basic Elements Of Prescriptions, The Characteristics Of Prescriptions And Medications In The "Gynecological Heart Techniques And Gynecological Heart Techniques" Are Explored

Objective: Through the systematic arrangement and analysis of the prescriptions used in the formula of the jinjian · heart method of gynecology,the characteristics and rules of the prescription were discussed,which provided useful reference for the research of prescription and the clinical application of gynecology prescription.Method:The research comprehensively USES the method of referring to monographs,the method of citation tracing,the method of retrieval tools,the method of data statistics and so on.On the basis of referring to the works and textbooks of the past dynasties,such as herbal and prescription books,the database was established with Excel.With the help of SPSS software,the frequency and frequency of the four qi,five tastes,meridian regression and the function,indications,classification and compatibility of the prescriptions in the prescriptions of "medicong jinjian · gynecology heart method tips" were calculated.Using the method of literature to analyze the law and characteristics of its prescription.Results: "Yizong jinjian · gynecological heart method tips" contains 170 prescriptions,including 105 ancient prescriptions;The first load of prescriptions was 65,accounting for 38.23%.Ancient recipe originated from 13 poems of han and tang dynasties;66 in the song,jin and yuan dynasties;In the Ming and qing dynasties.Among the 170 prescriptions,48 are the same as the prescriptions and the supplementary prescriptions included in the current planning textbook "prescription science",among which the first contains 1 prescription.31 prescriptions were the same as the 150 prescriptions in gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine,among which the first contained 2 prescriptions.The 170 prescriptions involved 210 drugs,with a total of 2,587 applications.The specific research results are as follows:(1)composition: among the 170 prescriptions,35 were the most and 2 were the least.From the perspective of drug use frequency,angelica ranked first with 197 times,which was 7.57% of the total drug use frequency.In terms of drug flavor,the frequency of use of sweet and warm drugs was the highest,at 32.37%and 57.93%,respectively.In terms of the meridian alignment of drugs,the spleen and liver meridian alignment were in the forefront(22.80%and 16.59%,respectively).In terms of drug functions,the most commonly used drugs were tonic for deficiency and activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,accounting for 43.68% and10.94% of the cumulative use frequency,respectively.The most used drug pair is angelica root-radix paeoniae alba;The most commonly used shamisen group is angelica chuanxiong and radix paeoniae alba.The most commonly used four-herb group is angelica root-radix paeoniae alba-radix shu-ligustici chuanxiong.To strengthen the spleen and soothe the liver with drugs to enrich blood and nourish the blood.(2)efficacy: among the 170 prescriptions,a total of 312 times were used,and the tonic prescription was used the most frequently(143times),accounting for 44.87% of the total(34 times for the tonic prescription,50 times for the tonic prescription,9 times for the tonic Yin prescription,5 times for the tonic Yang prescription,45 times for the tonic qi and blood).The second was 57 times of blood regulating agents,accounting for 18.26% of the total(55 times of activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis prescription,and 2 times of hemostasis prescription).(3)Among the 170 prescriptions,the main indications were deficiency and stasis,accounting for 47.44% and17.63% respectively,with a total of 148 and 55 times.(4)Dosage form:among the 170 prescriptions,the frequency of dosage form is the highest,followed by powder,pill,topical agent,paste,etc.Among them,decoction(including decoction and decoction)appeared 197 times,accounting for 63.14% of the application frequency of total prescription dosage forms.Conclusion:(1)"Yianzong jinjian · tips on heart method of gynecology" draws on the wisdom of others,regardless of the door,selects prescription,advocates classic ancient prescription,creates practical new prescription,sets up the textbook standard,leads the textbook compilation,and embodies the scientific idea of inheritance and innovation..(2)the prescription is simple and effective.Pay attention to the spleen,liver,qi and blood,make good use of angelica,skillfullymatch four new prescription;Specializes in the treatment of gynecology and obstetrics diseases from deficiency and blood stasis,liver and spleen.
