| ObjectiveThe Decoction of Warming Meridian is aclinically common classic prescription of regulating menstrual cycles in the "Synopsis of prescriptions of the golden chamber". Just as texts indicate:" Lower abdominal cold of woman, delayed infertility, Ben Lou Syndrome (metrorrhagia and metrostaxis) or excessive menstrual flow and menses did not come at all ". It specializes in the treatment of Chong and Ren Deficiency while also acts as a classic prescription for blood deficiency and blood stasis. It plays an important therapeutic role in the treatment of Chong and Ren channel and Gynecological treatment. In addition, medical workers had made a breakthrough beyond the scope of Gynecological treatment. The author’s approach will be to take literature and statistical analysisinto consideration in the research of The Decoction for Warming Meridian (Wen Jing Decoction) and its drug prescriptions to identify its effective cases, while looking for its main therapeutic diseases, provide supports and references for the clinical rational application of Wen Jing Decoction.MethodsFrom the search of modern academic journals in recent years through CNKI, Wen Jing Tang is widely applied in all clinical cases, where Wen Jing Tang is applicable in the treatment of illnesses such as gynecology, andrology and miscellaneous diseases and make statistics in contrast to the statistics of prescriptions and the dosage of drug usage, thus the results obtained by analyzing the pharmaceutical composition of the theoretical basis analysis and the resulting Chinese medicine, will then summarized in the final discussion.ResultsIn the data obtained from the literature, Wen Jing Tang are more commonly used in gynecological literature. There are about 30 cases of woman illness, while 16 cases for man illness. According to research, Wen Jing Tang is still mainly used for the treatment of gynecological diseases, especially for the treatment of dysmenorrhea, there are 1097 cases, followed by 622 cases of infertility, and the third is 310 cases of uterine bleeding, the fourth is 276 cases of irregular menstruation and lastly amenorrhea 68 cases.Angelica and peony are the most commonly used and dosage is maintained at 6-15 g, while herbs like Evodia root and Cassia Twig are a few herbs that are removed in the treatment, their usage is 1 g to 10 g in average or 1 g to 15 g, ginger and licorice in therapy, both of which are also consistent with the use of a component from the 1 g to 10 g, and Tree Peony Bark and ginseng is removed due to its inconsistency, while Breit, Radix and gelatin in the treatment of uterine bleeding, infertility, irregular menstruation, amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea are using component entirely consistent usage and dosage to obtain the right combination.ConclusionWen Jing Tang can be widely used in gynecology or for man illness, the main justifications is from the drug combination, it proved a combination of peony and angelica has produced a unique effect each other, and the combination of Cassia Twig, Evodia and ligusticum also in total energy warm in dispelling, can especially be used in gynecological diseases, as only Tree Peony Bark and ginseng, Pinellia, Ophiopogon japonicus with gelatin, ginger and licorice, can be flexibly used in the gynecological diseases, and for use in male or miscellaneous diseases,it can also be used in applying such principles. |
