Preliminary Exploration Of Wang Xingkuan's Law Of Differentiation And Treatment Of Hypertension Based On The Auxiliary Platform Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

Objective: Data mining and analysis of the case data of hypertension cases diagnosed and treated by Professor Wang Xingkuan was carried out using the platform of traditio nal Chinese medicine inheritance to explore the differentiation and treatment rules of P rofessor Wang Xingkuan’s diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.Methods: A total of 183 medical records of patients with hypertension who have been treated in Professor Wang Xingkuan’s outpatient clinic in the past three years are collected.After the medical records are standardized in Chinese medicine terms,the case information is entered into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance auxiliary platform,and the descriptive statistics and data analysis functions in the software are used to mine Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment and Dispensing Medicine Results:(1)Symptoms,tongue and pulse: mainly dizziness,sleeplessness,dry mouth,lo w back pain,neck distension,dizziness,frequent nocturia,red tongue,thin yellow fur,thin pulse string;(2)disease location: mainly related to the five internal organs,It ha s the closest relationship with the liver and kidney;(3)Pathogenesis: mainly includes l iver yang hyperactivity,liver and kidney deficiency,liver and gallbladder insufficiency,and governor pulse failure;(4)treatment rules: Yishen Pinggan,Pinggan Qianyang,Dr edging the main veins and so on.(5)Medication: Multi-purpose Ganhan products,mainl y liver and kidney meridian,commonly used drugs mainly include Gastrodia,Uncaria,Stone Cassia,Tribulus terrestris,dogwood,Chinese yam,Fushen,Rehmannia glutinosa,Alisma,etc.,drugs are used Regular dose.(6)Prescription: the most commonly used Pinggan Jian,Liuwei Dihuang Wan,Shengmai Xianxiong Tang,Pueraria turmeric powd er and other prescriptions.(7)Formulation rule: Core combinations with high association rules such as Gastrodia,Uncaria,Cassia,Tribulus terrestris,Chinese yam,Rehmanniaglutinosa,dogwood,Alisma,Fushen.(8)New prescription analysis: Extracting 9 potenti al new party combinations,such as dogwood-Poria-Alisma-Bupleurum-peony skin-Achy ranthes bidentata.Conclusion: Hypertension is based on the core pathogenesis of "deficiency of liver and kidney,hyperactivity of liver and yang",and Yishen Pinggan is the basic treatment method.Wang Lao prefers Ganhan for the treatment of hypertension.Recipe tonic and diarrhea.
