| Hypertension is a common and frequently occurring disease clinically, which easy to cause complications including stroke, myocardial infarction, heart failure and renal failure and so on, Bringing serious harm to human health. Traditional Chinese Medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of hypertension. It’s significant to sum up the academic thought of famous veteran teran doctors of TCM on treatment of hypertension, which is of great significance to promote the inheritance and development of TCM.This thesis is divided into two parts. TCM review is the part one, and in part two, we discussed Professor Wang Xingkuan’s clinical experience on diagnosis and treatment of hypertensi with traditional Chinese Medicine.In the part one, we discussed the TCM understanding of hypertension on the name, etiology, pathogenesis, the Syndrome differentiation of this disease. And discussed the advances in the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine.In the part two, we firstly discussed the historical origin of the theory of treating vertigo from liver, Discussed the physiological and pathological features of liver and its relationship with kidney, spleen, heart. Thus Provide a reference basis for Liver-based therapy theory in TCM clinical treatment of hypertension. Then we discussed Professor Wang Xingkuan’s clinical experience on diagnosis and treatment of hypertensi with traditional Chinese Medicine, from his TCM understanding of hypertension on the name, etiology, pathogenesis, the Syndrome differentiation of this disease. And summarize the TCM treatment principle of Professor Wang Hangkuan on hypertensi disease, that is "treatment from the liver and Dredge the blood."Finally, we selected97prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine from Professor Wang Hangkuan patients with the diagnosis of hypertensi, to Analysis the herbal prescription rule of Professor Wang Hangkuan in clinic al treatment,and to verify his principle of treatment. |
