Analysis Of Related Drugs Used In The Treatment Of Gouty Arthritis With The Method Of Invigorating The Spleen And Removing Dampness

Purpose: Collect the relevant literature on the treatment of gout arthritis by spleen and hygrosconoid method in China for 20 years,so as to organize and summarize the collected literature,analyze the relevant statistical software,and explore the drug law of spleen hygrosconotherapy to treat gout arthritis.Method: According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,taking "invigorating spleen and removing dampness "," gouty arthritis" and "white tiger calendar section" as the theme words,searching the full text database of Chinese periodicals(CNKI),Weipu,Wanfang database,searching the relevant journals of invigorating spleen and removing dampness and treating gouty arthritis contained in Chinese website from January 1999 to December 2019,and establishing the database of "invigorating spleen and removing dampness and treating gouty arthritis prescription ".The Microsoft Excel software is used to analyze the frequency of the prescription composition of the included standard;the SPSS25.0software is used to draw the analysis tree diagram and cluster analysis;and the IBM SPSS Modeler 18 software is used to analyze the association rules through the Apriori algorithm.Results:1.Frequency analysis: by statistics,can be included in a total of 265 drugs.The top 10 Chinese medicines ranked in frequency and frequency were Coix seed,Atractylodes,Cortex Phellodendri,Achyranthes bidentata,Poria cocos,Trichosanthes,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Alismatis,Poria cocos and Radix Paeoniae Alba.Among them,the four kinds of drugs are the most common,the accumulative frequency is as high as 56.3%.2.Association rule analysis: second order,third order and fourth order association rule analysis were carried out for drugs with frequency ranking in the top 40.A total of 227 rules,the results showed that Achyranthes bidentata,Tuckahoe,Atractylodes macrocephala,Coix seed,Cortex Phellodendri strong interconnection,among which the second-order association rule support is the highest Coix seed yellow cypress;the third-order association rule support is the highest Atractylodes and Cortex Phellodendri.Coix seed,Achyranthes bidentata and Coixseed;fourth order association rule support is the highest degree of Atractylodes and Coix seed.3.Drug cluster analysis: the frequency of the first 40 drugs cluster analysis,divided into 3cluster combinations,including a basic square four wonderful scattered,Guizhi medicine knowledge mother soup,five scattered,anti-self-yellow soup 3 plus and minus drug groups.Conclusion:1.Spleen hygroscoresis treatment gout arthritis,commonly used water-soaking medicine,heat medicine,live blood-based antidote,tonic medicine,fennel,heron,yellow cypress,cow knee,earthworm,grasshopper,licorice,zeade,slug,chitosis most used.2.The second-order association rules are fixed in the yanren and yellow cypress with the wood,the third-order association rules in the combination of herons and yellow cypress,ox knee and yellow cypress and fentanyl are more stable,and the combination of heron and ox knee and yellow cypress is more commonly used in the fourth-order association rules.3.Cluster analysis to obtain the four wonderful scattered as the basis,Guizhi medicine knowledge mother soup,five scattered,anti-self-yellow soup for addition and subtraction of the drug group.
