Purpose:Through the summary and analysis of the risk factors mentioned in the literature of children's tic disorder published in China in the past 20 years, the author drew up the background questionnaire of the risk factors of children's tic disorder, collected and sorted out the clinical data, analyzed the risk factors and protection factors of children's tic disorder, and provided a scientific basis for the thought of disease prevention in traditional Chinese medicine. At the same time, the therapeutic effect of Wen Jing Xi Feng decoction combined with acupuncture on Tourette's disorder children was evaluated, and the diagnosis and treatment idea of Professor Wang treating Tourette disorder,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of Tourette disorder.Material and method:The CNKI,CSPD and CQVIP were searched by electronic search. The literatures about the risk factors of children tic disorder published in domestic medical journals from 1999 to 2019 were collected. The risk factors mentioned in 49 literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were classified and sorted according to the frequency.According to the self-designed questionnaire on the risk factors of tic disorder,169 children diagnosed as tic disorder in the outpatient department of Liaoning University of traditional Chinese medicine and 750 healthy children in Shenyang and Dandong were investigated.913 cases of the questionnaire were input into Excel database and analyzed with spss24.0statistical software. The risk factors and protective factors were determined according to the results.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,70 children with Tourette disorder were divided into control group and experimental group.YGTSS and "TCM syndrome classification and quantification standard scale" were used to collect data and record them in the form of integral. The control group was treated with Wen Jing Xi Feng decoction, and the experimental group was treated with acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The improvement of the scores of each tic item before and after treatment, the starting and disappearing time of each tic part treatment, the curative effect of TCM syndrome and the total effective rate, adverse reactions and follow-up of the disease were observed to evaluate the clinical effect. It summarizes Professor Wang's understanding and treatment of the disease.Results:1.The top 5 risk factors were family history of tic disorder, bad eating habits, family tension, parents' incorrect Education(too much negation),abnormal delivery of pregnant women.2.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that family genetic history, diet preference for staple food, diet preference for meat, pathological jaundice at birth, artificial feeding within 6 months, irritability of parents, intimidation of tutors, major family events(adverse events)within half a year, beating and scolding within half a year, cold and fever within half a year were risk factors of tic disorder in children.Normal birth weight and children's peaceful personality were protective factors of tic disorder.3.There were significant differences in the number, frequency, intensity, complexity and interference of the two groups(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate of disease in the experimental group and the control group was95.45% and 82.93%,and the effective rate of TCM syndrome was 100% and 95.12%.5.In the experimental group, the most rapid onset time and disappearance time of each tic symptom was involuntary vocal symptom, followed by the symptoms of abdominal, limbs, face, head and neck;In the control group was facial, followed by the symptoms of limbs, head and neck, abdomen and involuntary vocal.Conclusion:1.This study summarized more than 30 risk factors of tic disorder, such as family history, bad eating habits, family tension, improper parental education(too much negation),abnormal perinatal and delivery of pregnant women, love of electronic products,etc.2.The results showed that 10 factors were the risk factors of tic disorder, including genetic history of tic,bad eating habits, artificial feeding and incorrect education, etc.Normal birth weight and children's peaceful personality are the protective factors of the disease.3.Wen Jing Xi Feng decoction combined with acupuncture can effectively improve the symptoms of Tourette disorder, involuntary voice and abdominal tic are the most obvious, and no adverse reactions.
