Clinical And Experimental Study On Treatment Of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome With Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Recipe

Purpose:In this paper,based on previous studies,the effect to observe the traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome from two clinical and animal experiments,definite therapeutic effect and safety of the scheme,and explore the Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Qufeng Decoction improve the synergistic hormone treatment of the disease curative effect mechanism,clinical advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of the original argument nephrotic syndrome,Chinese medicine treatment to provide theoretical and experimental basis for the science of this disease.Methods:1.Clinical study: a total of 82 patients with primary nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese and Western medicine treatment group(treatment group)and Western medicine treatment group(control group).Observation of two groups of patients before and after treatment of TCM symptom scores,24 hours urinary protein quantitation,serum albumin,blood lipids,liver and kidney function,etc.,to make a comprehensive evaluation of efficacy and safety evaluation;2.Experimental study: screening healthy male SPF Spraque-Dawley(SD)rats,measured 24 urine protein negative,establish 92 adriamycin(adriamycin,ADR)nephropathy rats and 20 control group(A group),rats were randomly divided into model group(B group),hormone group(C group),Chinese medicine group(D group),Chinese medicine plus hormone group(E group),23 rats in each group.Group A: no intervention;B group was given distilled water;group C received Prednisone Acetate Tablets solution;group D was treated with Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Qufeng Decoction;group E morning to Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Qufeng Decoction decoction,the afternoon to the Prednisone Acetate Tablets solution;experiment lasted for 8 weeks.At 4 weeksand at the end of the 8 week,each group was randomly selected to observe the therapeutic effect(24h urinary protein,biochemistry,etc.)of the 10 rats.Results:1.Clinical research: comprehensive curative effect comparison,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.5%,the control group total effective rate was 67.5%,the treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in reducing 24 h urinary protein,serum albumin,total cholesterol and triglyceride,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).In the treatment of TCM syndrome,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90%,and that of the control group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.05),which was better than that of the control group().Compared with the control group,the side effects of hormone and cytotoxic drugs in treatment group were significantly decreased.2.Experimental study: comprehensive analysis,glucocorticoid alone or combined with traditional Chinese medicine can delay the urinary protein growth in adriamycin nephropathy rats.The hormone group and Chinese medicine with differences in urinary protein hormone between groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05),but from the trend,Chinese medicine and hormone may be single hormone treatment effect is better than that of the protein in the urine of the rats;Yiqi Bushen Huoxue Qufeng decoction can improve the model of lipid metabolism disorders in rats with adriamycin nephropathy;renal biopsy showed the can reduce the renal pathological damage of rats with adriamycin nephropathy.Conclusion:The two schemes in the treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome can reduce the urinary protein with western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine,serum albumin,reduce blood fat,improve the clinical symptoms;but the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is betterthan western medicine treatment scheme.The use of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the survival state of adriamycin nephropathy rats,improve the lipid metabolism disorder,and reduce the renal pathological damage of adriamycin nephropathy rats.
