Analysis Of The Law Of Traditional Chinese Medicine For The Treatment Of Hashimoto's Thyroiditis Based On Literature Research

Research purpose: This study collected Chinese journals from January 1,1999 to January 1,2019 in Chinese journals full-text database,Weipu database,and Wanfang database.The traditional Chinese medicine literature of Yanyan,and software such as Microsoft Exce1 office 365,SPSS 22.0 were used to statistically process the medicines in the literature,and the traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions and medication rules for treating the disease in the past 20 years were summarized,so that contemporary doctors will Traditional Chinese medicine treatment provides reliable theoretical basis.Research methods: From January 1,1999 to January 1,2019,Chinese literatures on Hashimoto’s disease were collected in the full-text database of Chinese journals.Organize the effects,use Microsoft Excel office 365 software to build a database,and conduct secondary screening based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.And take the single Chinese medicine as the variable,in all Chinese medicine prescriptions,the Chinese medicine is assigned a value of 1 if it is not present,and the Chinese medicine is assigned a value of 0.The frequency and frequency methods were used to analyze each traditional Chinese medicine and screen out the drugs with higher frequency and frequency,drug properties,medicinal properties and meridian,and classify the drug types.The drugs with frequency of occurrence> 20 times were selected and included in SPSS 22.0 statistical software Perform systematic cluster analysis.The drugs involved were analyzed from the perspective of Chinese medicine’s sexuality,meridian,classification,etc.,and the clustering formula obtained by cluster analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the drugs clustered into a group and Hashimoto’s disease.Research results: A total of 189 literatures meeting the criteria were selected in this study,involving 180 flavors of Chinese medicine,with a total frequency of 2066 times.There are 27 flavors of commonly used Chinese medicine(frequency> 20 times),with a cumulative frequency of 1373 times,accounting for 66.46% of the total frequency.It is a commonly used drug for the treatment of Hashimoto’s disease in 20 years.According to the classification of medicinal properties,the cold,warm drugs are common in the medicinal properties,and the bitter,sweet and pungent drugs are common in the five flavors.In terms of drug classification,the most frequent categories are tonic medicine,heat-reducing medicine have cumulative frequencies of 765 times,374 times,respectively,accounting for 37.03%,18.10% of the total frequency.According to the classification of drugs,the most frequent are the liver meridian,spleen meridian and Drugs of the lungs.Cluster analysis will be performed using drugs with a frequency>20 times,and five clusters can be obtained.Conclusion: 1.The core drugs for the treatment of Hashimoto’s disease are 27 kinds of drugs such as prunella vulgaris,astragalus,bupleurum,and Fritillaria cirrhosa.Prunella vulgaris is the most frequently used drug.2.Among the drugs used to treat Hashimoto’s disease,the medicinal properties are mainly cold medicine,the medicinal taste is mainly bitter medicine,and the meridian is mainly the medicine for entering the liver.3.Among the drugs used to treat Hashimoto’s disease,tonic deficiency drugs are most frequently used in drug classification.4.The combination of the five treatments for Hashimoto’s disease was obtained by cluster analysis,and the results were consistent with the pathogenesis of Hashimoto’s disease at different stages.
