| This article consists of two parts:literature review and clinical research.Literature review:TCM review summarizes the clinical and laboratory research progress of TCM disease name,etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome types,and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in early non-small cell thoracoscopy after acute chest pain.The western medicine review summarized the application of thoracoscopic surgery in non-small cell lung cancer,the general situation of postoperative complications and sequelae,the mechanism of chest pain and the analgesic methods of modern medicine.Clinical researchObjective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of postoperative acute chest pain,and to provide an objective basis for TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment of early chest pain after thoracoscopy in early non-small cell lung cancer.Methods:Refer to the 2nd edition of the 2018 NCCN Clinical Practice Guidelines for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer,the 2015 WHO Lung Cancer Histopathology Classification,International Lung Cancer Staging(8th Edition),TCM Clinical Glossary Terms and Syndromes,TCM Syndrome Diagnosis and Treatment,The manual for diagnosis and treatment of deficiency syndrome in Chinese medicine divides the patients who meet the enrollment criteria into computer-generated random numbers into a treatment group and a control group.The treatment group is treated with conventional western medicine+Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,and the control group is treated with conventional western medicine.The course of treatment is On day 14,fill out the chest pain score form,cough score form,and quality of life score form on the 3rd,7th,10th,and 14th days of treatment,respectively.Observation indicators:①NRS pain score table②VAS pain score table③Cough score table④VAS cough score table⑤QLQ-C30 quality of life score table⑥Knoll’s adverse reaction score table.Compare the scores before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.Results:According to the exclusion criteria,a total of 92 patients with acute chest pain after thoracoscopic surgery of non-small cell lung cancer were included in this study.Two cases fell off.The number of cases with complete data was 90,of which 46 were in the treatment group and 44 were in the control group.example.The pre-treatment data of the two groups of patients were not statistically different and were comparable.Comparison of pain scores:The pain scores of the two groups were statistically significant before and after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment group had a significant effect from the 3rd day of treatment(P<0.05),and the control group had a curative effect from 7th day Significantly(P<0.05),the treatment group had a shorter effective time than the control group.The NRS pain score showed that there was a significant difference between the two groups from day 7(P<0.05),and the VAS pain score showed that the comparison between the two groups had a significant difference from day 10(P<0.05).These scores were lower than the control group.After treatment,the pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Cough score comparison:The cough scores of the two groups were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.05).The cough score showed that the treatment group had a significant decrease in cough score from day 7(P<0.05),and the control group from day 10 The cough score decreased significantly at the beginning(P<0.05).The VAS score showed that the cough score decreased significantly in the treatment group from day 10(P<0.05),and the cough score decreased significantly in the experimental group from day 7(P<0.05).Both cough scores in the group were lower than those in the control group;cough scores suggested that there was a difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),and VAS cough scores suggested that there was no difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Comparison of quality of life:interventions in the treatment group can significantly improve patients’ physical functions,role functions,cognitive functions,emotional functions,social functions,insomnia,diarrhea,fatigue,shortness of breath,constipation,economic difficulties and other quality of life(P<0.05).Adverse reactions:During the course of the study,no adverse reactions occurred in the two groups of patients,and no adverse effects were found after the intervention.In terms of safety:blood tests,liver function,and kidney function tests were completed at the beginning and end of the two groups of patients,and no abnormal index was found.Conclusion:Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can alleviate postoperative pain and shorten the pain treatment time of patients;Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has certain effects on patients with cough,but the effect is not obvious;Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can improve patients Quality of Life.In terms of safety,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction is safe. |
