| Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets and single dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of kidney-qi unstable premature ejaculation,and to observe the effect of self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of kidney-qi unstable premature ejaculation,to explore the advantages of self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of kidney-qi unstable premature ejaculation,so as to provide evidence for the clinical application of self-designed Gujing decoction in the treatment of premature ejaculation,and to provide drug experience and guidance for the treatment of kidney-qi unstable premature ejaculation.Method:According to the requirements of the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria,exclusion criteria and shedding criteria of premature ejaculation designed in this subject,63 cases were collected.Patients with kidney-qi unstable premature ejaculation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Among them,there were 2 cases of loss of follow-up in the observation group and 1 case of loss of follow-up in the control group,a total of 3 cases were lost,and 60 cases of the subject trial were finally completed(30 cases in the observation group and 30 cases in the control group).In the trial,the observation group was treated with self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets,and the control group was treated with dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets alone.The treatment period was 4 weeks.The Intravaginal Ejaculation Latencv Time(IELT),Premature Ejaculation Diagnostic Tool(PEDT)and Chinese Index of sexual function for Premature Ejaculation(CIPE)scores of the two groups before treatment were recorded,and the IELT,PEDT and CIPE scores of the two groups after 2 and 4 weeks of treatment were recorded,too.The collected data were entered in Excel,and SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis before and after treatment and between the two groups.Nonparametric test was used for measurement data that did not conform to normal distribution,which was expressed by median M(P50)and quartile range Q(P25,P75).Independent sample nonparametric test(Mann-Whitney U test)was used for inter-group comparison,and paired sample nonparametric test(Wilcoxon signed rank test)was used for intra-group comparison.The measurement data in accordance with normal distribution are measured by t-test,which is expressed by mean and standard deviation(x±s),independent sample t-test was used for inter-group comparison,and paired sample t-test was used for intra-group comparison.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant,while P>0.05 was not statistically significant.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the IELT of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the IELT of the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The IELT difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The IELT of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving IELT.The PEDT score of the two groups was significantly lower than that before treatment,and the PEDT score of the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The PEDT score difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The PEDT score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in reducing PEDT score.The CIPE score of the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the CIPE score of the two groups before and after treatment had statistical significance(P<0.05).The CIPE score difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The CIPE score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,indicating that the observation group was superior to the control group in improving CIPE score.In addition,both groups improved the main symptoms of "ejaculation without intercourse,or ejaculation at first intercourse".The observation group also increased libido and relieved other symptoms such as soreness or pain in the waist and knees,long or unfavorable urination,and so on.Conclusion:1.The use of dapoxetine hydrochloride alone and self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride could prolong the IELT,decrease the PEDT score and improve the CIPE score of patients.2.Self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride is superior to dapoxetine alone in improving IELT,PEDT and CIPE scores,and can also improve TCM symptoms to some extent,indicating that the clinical effect of self-designed Gujing decoction combined with dapoxetine hydrochloride is better than that of dapoxetine hydrochloride alone. |
