Exploration Of Graphic Design Teaching Methods

China's graphic design education began to form and developed from the late Qing Dynasty to the early and early days of the Republic of China.Under the impetus of patriotic intellectuals of the Westernization Movement and the western missionaries,there are various forms of folk arts and crafts education,which has trained many talents for the Arts and crafts education in China.After the founding of the new China,due to the attention of the central government to the traditional folk arts and crafts,the discipline of higher arts and crafts has been formally established,and the education system of the art specialty has been developed at a multi-level level.In 1980 s,the rise of modern design trend of thought and the stable political and economic environment,arts and crafts education began to transform to the direction of art design education.The emergence of industrial design education symbolized the modernization of Chinese art design education.In 1990 s,under the influence of the reform and opening,the improvement of the productivity level led to the development of commodity economy.The major of art design was paid attention to.The design education was recognized by the society,and the scale of art design education was greatly expanded.With the increasingly close international exchanges in the new period,international cooperation in running schools has become a trend,and the expansion of the scale of education promotes the reform of art design education by the colleges and universities.The Design College of Nanjing Arts Institute has always attached great importance to the introduction of the concept of international design teaching.It has been working with Japan,Switzerland,Germany,the United States and other international excellent designers to carry out the stage workshop teaching course.Compared with the domestic plane design teaching mode,the teaching method of Holland workshop is more focused on the training of students' unique personality and pleasure design ideas,emphasizing the unique expression of the design works,and promoting the development of teaching activities through many interactive modes of communication.Its unique teaching method has reference and inspiration for the innovation of teaching methods of graphic design in the new era.
