Marriage With "wu"

The Opera met with the File the first time in the Republic of China era.At that moment,the Opera has already attracted millions of audience by using its excellent charming singing and dancing,which also made it the mainstream of daily entertainment.However,for the Film,it is only a new form of art.While the Opera works with the Film,the latter was somehow influenced by the former,which shaped the definition of file making in the early age.With the light of the spark made by the early definition of film making,early filmmakers focus more on stage drama,which means films themed on traditional Chinese operas.This also lead to that plenty of people who learn traditional Chinese operas crowded into film area and became film actors.Meanwhile,through the “Film artistic creation”,public started to realize that most of artistic elements maintained by the Opera also fits in the Film,especially the martial arts.Therefore,the martial art of drama caught public eyes and gradually became an unique Chinese film style---martial arts films.In that age of consistently exploring,martial arts films developed along with audio-visual techniques.Finally,films full of traditional Chinese elements was qualified among the best in the world.Watching back,from 1920 to 1949,the interaction and fusion of the Film and the Opera have led to two consequences.The first is to shoot film themed on traditional Chinese operas while the second is to form martial arts films.Obviously,the element Martial Arts plays an important role in the marriage of these two kind of arts in both two results.One the one hand,the Opera walk out the gate of countries by using the form of movie.In other words,more and more audience know about the Opera and the influent of the Opera has been largely improved.On the other hand,the marriage of the Film and the Opera diversify the definition and theory of film making,lighting the fire for the future development of Chinese film.
