Yang Lanchun's Drama Research

Yang Lanchun is a famous writer of Henan Opera and has a reputation as the "Father of Chaoyanggou".His works can be regarded as the relic of Henan Opera.He has a deep influence on the modernization process of China's Henan Opera and has achieved a perfect combination of tradition and modernity.However,it should be also noted that Yang Lanchun's creation of drama themes and formulaic concepts is more obvious,and political philosophy has always been the principle of his creation.Henan Opera "Chaoyanggou" composed by Yang Lanchun has an influence one generation.Most of his studies in the academic world have been evaluated in terms of innovations in artistic techniques,but less concerned with the creative themes and political background.The substance of this article has thus come into being.I believe that Yang Lanchun's plays are the masterpieces of creative arts of modern Henan opera,which thus largely obscures the other facts of the drama and the presentation of the theme of the theatrical drama under the political ideas.This is mainly reflected in three aspects:one is the fiction of the logic of historical figures,the other is the fiction of social contradictions,and the third is the fiction of the countryside-class struggling environment.The Henan Opera"Chaoyanggou" played a "political drive" role for intellectual young people "go and work in the countryside and mountainous areas"" to a certain extent.At the same time,it also provides a realistic basis for the phenomenon of rural-class struggle and the fiction of the scene and also provides theoretical foundation for the brewing and formation of ultra-left thought.In a certain sense,Yang Lanchun's plays,which are mainly based on the Henan Opera "Chaoyanggou",can be described as the beginning of ultra-left drama in Henan Opera.The paper is mainly divided into five chapters.The first chapter is an overall investigation of Yang Lanchun,including the finishing of his entire creative career.The second chapter summarizes the overall characteristics of his Henan Opera.The third chapter is an analysis of the period from 1958 to the beginning of the Cultural Revolution.It is demonstrated that the creation of this stage follows the trend and the theme of "go and work in the countryside and mountainous areas" appears for the first time in "Chaoyanggou".The focus of the fourth chapter is to study the artistic contribution of Yang Lanchun's works,and to perfectly integrate the tradition and modernity of Henan Opera,so that the creation of the modern opera of Henan Opera has reached a new height.The Chapter 5 takes "Chaoyanggou" as an example to analyze the ideological struggle,social contradictions and scenes of class struggle in the countryside of Yang Lanchun's drama.Finally,it was concluded that Yang Lanchun created a successful road for the reform of Henan Opera.However,the drama objectively shook the flag for the ultra-left culture and became the beginning of the ultra-left thoughts of the Opera.
