Research On Early Film Screening Space In Tianjin (1896-1918)

Based on the background of "rebuilding subjectivity and rewriting film history",this article is a micro study of Tianjin’s early films.The full text takes the Tianjin area as the space range,the introduction of the film as the starting point,the first ten years of cinema construction(1907-1918)research end,taking the early film projection space in Tianjin as the research subject.On the basis of the law of the history and development of the early Chinese film,this article is supported by the literature of the newspapers and documents of the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China in the late Qing Dynasty and the Republic of China in the period of the Republic of China,as well as the records of the chronicles of Tianjin and Tianjin Zhi Yi.On the one hand,it rethinks and textual research on the controversial issues in the previous Chinese early film research,such as the evolution and level of the movie,the complex relationship between the movie,the slide and the movie,the difference and connection between the movie theaters and the cinemas,and the evaluation criteria of the early cinema.On the other hand,while examining and combing the history of the early film in Tianjin,taking the "Quan Xian Electric theater" as the time axis in the first place in February 1907 in Tianjin,the construction and development of film screening places in different periods are discussed in detail,and the characteristics and rules of each period are analyzed,summed up and summarized,so as to reach the goal.A deeper and more comprehensive understanding of Tianjin’s early films.
