Classroom teaching is a contest of ideas and the encounter of the mind,is the living dialogue and the interlace of wisdom,classroom should release the sense of life,wisdom,wonderful and hope…… The development of English curriculum reform demands that students as the subject of class,they should learn how to study and have the courage to bring forth new ideas,then the teacher ought to seize the epochal character and perspective of teaching mentality in class,so,the teacher faces enormous challenges.Teaching is an art,this kind of art is bind up with the expression of emotion,teacher's language art immediate influence classroom efficiency height,especially the teacher's verbal behavior characteristic in classroom will influence students' diction directly,thus influence classroom efficiency,this is the ability what should our teachers accumulate constantly.In this paper,I will choose 8 video classes about Shen Feng,a National primary school English master teacher.First,using Flanders Interaction Analysis system to observe the teaching videos and use the method of matrix analysis and ratio analysis to find out its' result of speech interaction:classroom speech structure,classroom teaching style,students' speech characteristics.Second,find out the class character as follows: teacher is good at use questions to inspire student's active thinking and response;teacher's language is abundant and active;students' verbal behavior is respected;the classroom atmosphere is very harmonious.And then discuss the result about teacher and students' verbal interaction in classroom,analyze the teaching thought behind teacher Shen.Finally,through the result of the data and the teaching fragment to analyze their verbal characteristics,thus providing enlightenment for first-line primary English teachers,improve the English teaching quality and teacher's professional development.
