The teaching process is the interaction process between teachers and students.Teachers and students create meaningful learning through classroom interaction,realize emotional communication,and students and teachers progress and develop together in consultation and interaction.Research on the interaction between teachers and students in the classroom can improve classroom teaching and improve the quality of teacher-student interaction.In this study,through the Flanders interactive analysis system,the teacher's speech behaviors in the elementary comprehensive course of the Chinese as a beginner are classified,coded and processed,and the speech behavior characteristics and deficiencies in the classroom are analyzed to improve the first-line teachers.Teaching methods and interactive strategies provide practical advice.This article is divided into five parts,including the following research content:The first part is the introduction.This part mainly expounds the origin,significance and research methods of the research,and summarizes the theory of teacher-student verbal cross-correlation at home and abroad as the theoretical basis of this research.The second part is the first chapter "Theoretical Foundation and Research Design".In the second part,the research object and research process and research tools are mainly explained,the coding rules of Flanders interactive analysis system are defined,the analysis methods are explained,and the foundation for data processing and analysis of cases is laid.The third part is the second chapter "data statistics results and related research." Firstly,the selected samples are processed according to the code,and the characteristics of classroom teaching structure,classroom atmosphere and teacher speech style are explored by using ratio analysis and matrix analysis and feature sequence analysis.The fourth part is the third chapter "Classroom interaction issues and related research." This chapter consists of two parts.The first part of this chapter is about theinteraction of the classroom and the reasons.Firstly,based on the integrated data analysis results,the problems in the sample classroom are summarized.Secondly,the interviews with the novice teachers and the skilled teachers are combined to explore the reasons that affect the teacher-student interaction.The second part of this chapter is interactive suggestions and countermeasures.According to the problems and shortcomings of teacher-student interaction in the first part,propose targeted interactive strategies and teaching strategies,improve the reflective ability of novice teachers,improve the interaction between teachers and students,and promote the growth and development of novice teachers.The fifth part is the conclusion,which mainly summarizes the research content and research results of this article,and explains the innovation points and deficiencies,expecting the future of class oberservation.
