Ju Qihong Chinese Opera Creation Critic Research

Since the reform and opening up of China,the musical culture is developing bett er and better.More and more musician are going into the area of opera commentary.But,the total quantity of opera critic is still seldom.Ju Qi-hong is an outstanding opera critic in China.His standpoints in opera comments are often thought-provoking.Through the network literature search,the author investigates the comment on the Chinese opera creation of Ju Qi-hong with summary.The studies of this thesis are based on literature review of Ju Qi-hong's standpoints on the Chinese opera comments.The main research contents are divided into three parts.The first part introduces the biography of Ju Qi-hong and his work on opera commentary.The second part is the analysis and study of Ju Qi-hong's work and commentary on the composer and dramatist of Chinese opera.Then it gives an insight into the similarities and differences of his commentary object of study.In the third part,the author starts with the literature review of Ju Qi-hong's commentary work on the Chinese opera performance,and then gives some discussion on the development of drama,characterization,music development and so on.Through the interpretation,the author understands the conception and significance of the creation of the Chinese opera.The form and problems of the development of the Chinese opera are demonstrated.Based on the above investigation,the characteristics of Ju Qi-hong's opera commentary and its influence on the development of the contemporary Chinese opera are concluded in this thesis.The Chinese opera creation and development cannot do well without the strong cooperation and join hands efforts of the composer and dramatists.It also needs the acceptance and appreciation of all sectors of society.More importantly,the opera critics e.g.Ju Qi-hong are playing significant role on the Chinese opera creation and development based on their critics theoretical advice and support.The Chinese opera creation is developing without stopping,let us hope that it will be better and better all along with the progress of the times.
