With the continuous adjustment of national education policy,an increasing number of postgraduate students in colleges and universities,among which more than 50%are female postgraduates.At the post-graduate level,study,employment and mate selection are social concerns.More and more social news reported the status quo of female graduate students' mate selection,but domestic studies on the female students' mate mentality are rare.In this study,997 female postgraduates in Nanjing and its neighboring universities were surveyed on the basis of "temperament type questionnaire","simplified coping style questionnaire" and "mate choice anxiety questionnaire" to understand the status quo of their spouse anxiety.Used the theoretical framework of "temperament type-coping style-mate choice anxiety",exploring the female students' mate choice anxiety from the perspective of relationship,in order to find out the relationship between temperament type,coping style and female graduate students' matet anxiety.Research results indicated:(1)The mate choice anxiety level of female master students were mild,of which the love and the results of concern in the first place;(2)The average score of positive coping style of female master students were higher than that of passive coping style;(3)The anxiety of female graduate students majoring in liberal arts is higher than that of science and engineering major;Single female graduate students have higher scores on mate choice anxiety than those who are in love;The female graduate students who have no love experience are more anxious than female postgraduates who have love experience;(4)Sociality and positive coping styles had a negative impact on female master students' mate choice anxiety,however,emotional,active and passive coping styles had a positive impact on female master students' mate selection anxiety;(5)Coping style played a partial mediating role in female master's studies in the types of temperament(emotional)and mate choice anxiety.
