The nineteenth report stated that "the major contradiction in our society in the new era is the contradiction between the growing good life needs of the people and the unbalanced and inadequate development".People's desire for a better life is even stronger,including the needs of middle-aged and old people to develop their spiritual life and interests.The elderly in the vocal music is the most happy,simple interest and spiritual and cultural life forms,one of the yet the old practice of vocal music teaching and research started late,the related research and exploration has also gradually developed in recent years,with China's aging society this contradiction of middle-aged and old vocal music teaching research as a research field,also will produce accordingly.This article,the authors use a lot of teaching practice and research,in 10 years,more than 200 age 45-75 in the vocal music teaching to carry out the study of old people,for middle-aged and old study on the teaching of vocal music teaching and training mode and try,for its training focus,suspects summed up a set of unique old vocal music teaching and training of academic ideas,as well as the effective measures to solve the related teaching encountered obstacles.In this paper,on the basis of the age groups divided according to the international and domestic,according to the author's practice subject for reference,the object of study is divided into three age groups,by means of the elderly in the division of the work of the state of body function,singing from the teaching practice and analysis,curriculum pattern and the division of time elements such as concrete and effective analysis and elaboration.Especially on how to effectively senile vocal music in the process of vocal music training,how to resolve the training problem,how to correct voice,teaching mode is perfect is the author combined with the actual situation,has carried on the instance analysis.Thus concluded that the vocal music teaching and professional guidance,this paper expounds the present stage of China's population ageing process,the elderly in vocal music and other entertainment has positive role to the body and mind,in the process of physical aging achieve rejuvenation of psychological and spiritual world rich content,effectively enhance the well-being of the elderly,which reflects the middle-aged and old vocal music training research point of the social meaning and the significance importance value of the time;China's per capita living standards along with the rapid development of economy and constantly improve,also stimulate the vitality of the popular culture,mass culture tutoring is to carry out the public cultural activities that cannot be ignored in the process of step,will be conducive to the progress of the mass culture.As one of the projects of mass culture,vocal music training for middle-aged and old people can not only enrich the amateur life of middle-aged and old people,but also improve their spiritual and cultural level while meeting their spiritual and cultural needs.Because it is of great importance to the spiritual and cultural development of middle-aged and old people,it requires the attention and in-depth study from all walks of life.
