The "neutralization" and "peace" contained in music education thought "and" are important musical education concepts in the history of Chinese music pedagogy.The more similar parts can be regarded as one of the two sides in the music education ideology.The two sides of the so-called one both advocate the idea of "and" in music education,but their connotations are different.The "neutralization" music education from the pre-Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty was a product of music and politics under the union of ritual and music.It advocates to give full play to the moral education function and political utilitarianism of music education as the main features.During this period,the "peace" music teaching thought also appeared.However,it is different from the "peace" during the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties.During the Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,the "peace" music education emphasized that music education is a kind of naturalistic education.The purpose of music education is to promote the development of man's natural nature,to free people from the shackles of social life,to return to nature,and to be natural.The essence of life.From the period of the Pre-Qin Dynasty to the Wei,Jin and Southern and Northern Dynasties,the evolution of the concept of music education from "medium" to "ping" was more obvious.This paper takes this as a starting point and uses historical research,comparative research,analytical research and other methods to conduct in-depth research,and combines contemporary research.Music education,from the perspective of the inheritance and development of traditional "and" music teaching ideas,explores the meaning and spiritual connotation of its new period.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part explores "and" from the perspective of etymology.The second part discusses the "neutralization" music teaching ideas in the period from the Pre-Qin Dynasty to the Han Dynasty.They were respectively directed at Yu Ying,Confucius,Xunzi and Huainanzi.“neutralization” studies music teaching ideas;the third part of the “peace” music teaching thought during the period of Wei,Jin,Southern and Northern Dynasties,which discussed Ji Kang's “Nature Peace” musical education thought and the thought of “Middle” to “Ping” music teaching The last part aims to use the history of traditional “and” music education as a guide to discern the current trend of music education,and analyzes the current direction of music education,pointing out that music education should be “people-oriented”.To establish the aesthetic standard of beauty in harmony and the positive significance of building a harmonious society.
