In 2001,the ministry of education determined that English course was one of the compulsory courses in the curriculum system for the primary school.It showed that with the deepening of globalization,the importance of English education is also gradually improving.As the starting point and foundation of the whole English learning career,English learning in primary school plays an important and irreplaceable role in English learning.The essence of class teaching is communicating,while teacher's evaluation is an important medium for communication and emotional expression between teachers and students,which is crucial for students' English learning.For primary school students,on the one hand,they have divergent thinking,and they are in the critical period in the second language learning.But on the other hand,they rely on external factors to stimulate the learning motivation.Thus,teachers should use the evaluation language to keep motivation and help students learn English better.The author finds that some achievements have been made in the study of teacher's classroom evaluation.In terms of research content,the researchers focused on the concept definition,classification,function and influencing factors of classroom evaluation.In the aspect of research methods,the researchers used the method of empirical research to reach the actual classroom.This paper focuses on the classroom evaluation of English teachers in primary school,which is smaller and more specific than the previous research scope.This author uses classroom observation and interview method to find out the situation about primary school English teachers' classroom evaluation language.And then,the author sums up the problems existing in current primary school English teachers,classroom evaluation language,and analyzes the root causes.Finally,the author puts forward the solution strategy.This author draws some conclusions.First,the primary school English teacher's evaluation language main has four major problems.Such as proportion imbalance,simplification,the lack of personality and less English characteristics.Second,the roots of these problems in primary school English teacher's evaluation are evaluation concept and evaluation technology.Third,the author proposes some solution strategies from two aspects,which are evaluation concept and evaluation technology.Among them,the evaluation concept can be divided into five parts,for example evaluation goal,evaluation function,evaluation standard,student difference and rating content And the evaluation technology can be divided into three parts,which are listening technology,analytical technique and expression technology.
