When tracking in English classroom of the primary school,the researchers found that even away from the senior high school,English reading of the primary school also has the "examination oriented education" tendency,its core is to pay attention to skills training,neglecting the cultivation of English literacy.In particular,emphasis various listening and speaking training that can quickly respond to test,while ignoring the reading that need to spend time and a lot of energy;emphasis on individual training,and lack of depth interaction between students;emphasis on the surface of the reading,and ignoring the cultivation of depth thinking training etc..The theory of Knowledge Building(KB),conform to the education reform trend to cultivate innovative talents in the new era,emphasize that students are cognitive positive,learning is a process of forming community knowledge and collective cognition,and the opinion is improving continuously.Then whether the method of English Reading Teaching based on the Knowledge Building can solve the problems above or not?The research object of this study is a class of the third grade in Nanjing Baiyunyuan Elementary School,the objective of the study is:try to build collaborative construction of reading strategies based on the Knowledge Building theory,after a semester of carrying out,to promote student's deep reading and comprehension.The implementation of the course is divided into two stages:(1)Reading experience and integration.In this stage,students share their understanding and questions,present opinions,discuss and communicate for five weeks.(2)Reading comprehension and promotion.In this stage,students are required to retell the story,to determine topics that need further exploration,and according to the interest to divided groups,this stage continues for four weeks.Data collection and analysis:the researcher tracks the classroom,collective classroom videos and student's products,finally analysis the effect of cooperative construction reading from two aspects,include student interaction and the depth of literature reading.The results are as follows:Firstly,collaborative construction reading promotes the interaction between students.According to the interaction in Knowledge Forum,there are different types of students' interaction,the teachers should take guidance from different angles;the number of students in the classroom discussion stage is on the rise,and the interaction between the group and the group is deeper.Secondly,collaborative construction reading promotes students' deep reading and deep comprehension.The reason may be that the cooperative way can promote the students' cooperative learning and collective cognition,the constructive reading can promote the systematization of learning,and conceptual products promote students'deep thinking training.Furthermore,the first stage and the second stage show significant differences in different levels of literary reading.In the second reading stage,Knowledge Forum(KF)is difficult to login in because of using a foreign server,so the effect of online consultation,improvement,comprehensive view and sublimation did not achieve the desired goals.In addition,the time of teaching is not enough,the total amount of data obtained is slightly less than the body.But the collaborative construction reading strategies and research design ideas in this paper,can provide some help for English comprehension teaching.
