| With the development of mobile Internet and the emergence of information fragmentation,online collaboration has become an important channel for learners to acquire knowledge,and relevant theories of collaborative knowledge building have increasingly become a hot topic in the field of educational technology at home and abroad.However,due to the recent emergence of existing collaborative products in China,which are still in the stage of exploration and development,they fail to focus on a certain professional field to deeply explore product functions and user experience.Moreover,for students,the one-way teaching form cannot meet the collaborative learning needs of practical courses such as design.Based on the theory of collaborative knowledge building,this research makes a preliminary study on the theoretical methods and the development status of related products.Secondly,the effective interaction principle in collaborative learning is deeply explored,the correlation between knowledge building theory and interaction design method is established,and the current situation of using collaborative learning tools is analyzed.Based on the preliminary research results,the project management and co-creation competitive products are focused,and detailed comparative analysis is conducted from three dimensions: scope layer,structure layer and framework layer.And summarize the commonness,difference and development trend of each level,and summarize the contradiction points and reference points of existing products;Thirdly,using typical user interview,questionnaire survey,user portrait and other methods to conduct user research,according to the collaborative knowledge building process to summarize the design of opportunity points and research direction,and according to the behavioral characteristics of users are divided into organizational users,learning users and social users,through the establishment of a typical user portrait to study the demand points of target users.Finally,the design methods of collaborative learning tools are sorted out,and the design strategies are summarized from the three aspects of functional requirements,information interaction and visual perception.Under the guidance of the strategies,product definition and design practice are carried out,and users are organized to conduct prototype testing.The optimized design results are combined with optimized questions and suggestions,and on this basis,the high-fidelity design of the interface is completed.By integrating theories related to collaborative knowledge building and interaction design,this study enriches the design methods of collaborative learning tools,makes up for the lack of product suitability under the subdivision of professional scenarios,and enhances the practical application value of collaborative knowledge construction theory in the design field.Through the practice of product design,the problems of college students majoring in design in the process of cooperation,such as fuzzy cognition of goals,confusion of division of labor among members,unreasonable cooperation process,homogeneity of creative thinking,and disorder of document management,are solved.By taking task management as the main line and integrating various tools,the knowledge exchange community between teams is created to create a new collaborative learning experience.It not only meets the actual use needs of target users,but also conforms to the trend of vertical segmentation of cooperative learning application market,which indicates that this topic has certain practical significance and research value. |
