Since 2013 based on building public cultural service system "upgrade" and in accordance with the "culture hall,spiritual home",Zhejiang Province has carried out extensive auditorium construction of rural culture to highlight the theme of the socialist core values spirit banner.The socialist core values permeate into all aspects of rural life through culture hall,whose rich content and solid practical requirements has further developed in thinking,moral quality construction and other aspects.By investigating on some rural culture hall in Zhejiang Province,we can not only see the important role in rural intellectuals auditorium construction of rural culture,but also the limitations of rural intellectuals in rural development in the cultural hall,and eventually formed our understanding and thinking of further play the role of intellectuals in the cultural village hall construction.As a major cultural venue,rural culture hall is the main positions of ideological and cultural construction in rural areas.However,few cultural activities,the low utilization,and even set aside for other purposes has become a phenomenon in rural which lead to the cultural hall's core values deviate and even abandoned.The reason is nothing less than the hard and soft aspects inadequate and infrastructure.On the hardware side,we should increase financial support efforts to improve relevant facilities Cultural Auditorium;On the software side,we should increase the cultivation of rural cultural team building,to create a grass-roots cultural team adapted to the cultural characteristics of the village.The latter obviously should become an important focal point of rural culture hall building,making the role of culture hall can play a more positive initiatives,thus truly become the farmers spiritual and cultural home.Grass-roots cultural team building is the cornerstone of rural culture hall building,and mental intellectuals in the rural countryside because of his own professional knowledge and skills have become the needed person to inherent the auditorium construction of rural culture.However,because of lacking deep understanding,before a clear understanding of the auditorium and rural intellectuals ties of rural culture,rural intellectuals relatively have some problems.How to fully play the role of intellectuals in the cultural village hall building has become placed in front of the cultural hall construction in rural areas in Zhejiang Province.
