Research On Contemporary Ice-snow Landscape Painting

The last century was another transformation period of Chinese painting,As a typical example of traditional landscape painting,ice and snow landscape painting has become a popular part of contemporary landscape painting research.This thesis takes time as a clue,the development context and expression language of snow landscape painting in the past dynasties were sorted out,and combining with the factors of the times,the style and rush-ink language of contemporary ice and snow landscape painting along with representative painter cases were got analysed and unscrambled.The author hopes to make a deep understanding of the significance of contemporary ice and snow landscape in language,style and type through the study of this painting subject,and to enlighten the creation of ice and snow landscape painting at present.First,through the study of traditional Chinese painting literature and handed down works,the author tries to make a brief review of the emergence and development of traditional snow landscape.In the comparison of the representative works,styles and characteristics and historical value of snow scene artists in different periods,the expression techniques and aesthetic connotation of traditional snow landscape paintings are expounded.Secondly,Combined with the background of the times,this paper analyzes the factors that influence the style evolution of contemporary ice and snow landscape painting,It involves not only the aesthetic changes of the times,the cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries,but also the cultural consciousness caused by the northern artists' regional consciousness.In this regard,the author selects three artists from contemporary ice and snow landscape to compare them,And through the image analysis,the paper analyzes the traditional rush-ink factors,the influence of the foreign culture,and the new realm of the painting materials and the language of the rush-ink,which represent the three different styles of ice and snow landscape painting.In particular,author expounded views on the contributions of ice and snow landscape represented by Yu Zhixue in many aspects such as brush,ink,technique,material and painting theory.His breakthroughs in rush-ink techniques and painting concepts are the foundation for the innovation of ice and snow landscape painting,and at the same time it meets the aesthetic needs of the new era.Lastly,The author summarizes the prosperity of contemporary ice and snow landscape painting in many aspects.In the comparison of ice and snow landscape in ancient and modern times,the author systematically expounds the differences between the two in aesthetic image,expression object,performance technique,role coordination,aestheticconnotation and so on.It is because of the independent exploration of contemporary ice and snow landscape painting at the level of painting language and form of expression.Thereby,the modern language of ice and snow landscape painting is explored,and its unique form of expression gives the picture a new aesthetic feeling,expanding the people's aesthetic cognition and aesthetic experience.
