A Preliminary Study On The Relationship Between Floods And Droughts In The Mainstream Of The Chuanjiang River In The Ming And Qing Dynasties And The Socio-economic Relationship

Familiar belongs to the Yangtze river in yibin in sichuan province to hubei yichang section of the main parts,most of the flows through the area is located in the southern margin of the sichuan basin and basin east parallelism valley area,warm wet weather,topography is complex,so familiar river region presents multiple inundation and drought,complexity and regional characteristics.During the Ming and qing dynasties,severe water and drought disasters occurred in the main stream of the sichuan river for many times with a long duration and a wide range of hazards,such as the flood in the39-year reign of emperor jiajing of the Ming dynasty(1560)and the drought in the13-year reign of emperor yongzheng(1735).Inundation and drought academia attaches great importance to the study of disaster science,and social and economic relationship is inevitable question research disaster,this paper analysis the Ming and qing dynasties replaced main areas of floods and interactive relationship of social economy,the social economic development for the upper Yangtze river areas to provide policy proposal.In order to study the interaction between the flood and drought disaster and social economy of the sichuan river in the Ming and qing dynasties,the author mainly studies from the following aspects:The first chapter is the introduction.First of all,the academic history of water and drought disaster is reviewed.Including historical data collection and analysis of inundation and drought in the overall collection of national historical inundation and drought,focusing on the analysis of familiar river area floods the historical data,historical data collection complete inundation and drought trunk parts will be replaced;This paper analyzes the previous studies on the content of water and drought disasters,including the causes,rules and characteristics of water and drought disasters,and finds out the breakthrough point of this paper.Secondly,the effects of water and drought on social economy are reviewed.It includes the social impact of water and drought disaster and the economic impact of water and drought disaster.Finally,the effects of social economy and its development on water and drought disasters are reviewed.Mainly from the social economy and its development to the relief thought,relief system and relief measures of the impact of the three aspects of analysis.IV The second chapter is "spatial and temporal analysis of the flood and drought disaster in the sichuan river during the Ming and qing dynasties".The basic characteristics of water and drought disaster are analyzed from time dimension and space dimension.In the time dimension,it is mainly analyzed from the century distribution,dynasty distribution,age distribution and seasonal distribution.In the spatial dimension,it is mainly considered from the county-level region.Therefore,it can be seen that the frequency of flood is higher than that of drought in the main stream area of sichuan river in Ming and qing dynasties,and the frequency of water and drought disaster in qing dynasty is higher than that in Ming dynasty.Floods were concentrated in March and July,and the months of drought were scattered.The flood in the Ming dynasty was the three gorges area,and the drought in chongqing was the most severe.In qing dynasty,chongqing was the worst flooded area,while chongqing was the worst affected area.The third chapter is "the social and economic impact of the flood and drought in the sichuan river during the Ming and qing dynasties".First of all,the impact of water and drought disaster on social economy is analyzed.Secondly,the effects of water and drought disaster on social economy are analyzed from two dimensions of time and space.In the time dimension,the social and economic development stages are divided firstly,and then the dynamic relationship between water and drought disaster and social and economic development is analyzed.On the spatial dimension,through the analysis of familiar main differences,regional social and economic development is the social economic development level of the highest for the chongqing government,development level of the lowest of zhili province luzhou mansion.By analyzing the floods season familiar main regional social and economic impact,is due to the regional social economic development level is different,extent of damage of flood and drought disaster(FDD)also has bigger difference.The fourth chapter is "the influence of social and economic environment on water and drought disaster in the sichuan mainstream area in the Ming and qing dynasties".First of all,the natural environment,social environment and economic environment of the main stream of the sichuan river are analyzed.Secondly,the impact of social and economic environment on water and drought disaster is analyzed.It can be seen from the analysis that different stages of economic environment have different impacts on water and drought disasters.In the period of rapid economic development,the contradiction between human and land is prominent,the environment deterioratesday by day,and the frequency of water and drought disasters increases.The better the economic environment,the greater the accumulation of social wealth,and the greater the economic class(civil,commercial and gentry organizations),the more important force for disaster relief and disaster reduction.The influence of social environment on water and drought disaster was analyzed.With the development of social culture,the idea of disaster relief is more and more advanced.With the change of social structure,the disaster-relief behavior becomes more and more diversified,which is mainly analyzed from two aspects: storage construction and disaster relief.Finally,it reflects on the impact of social and economic development on water and drought disasters,and points out that in the process of social and economic reform,there are some shortcomings such as lagging relief behaviors and poor effects.The fifth chapter is the conclusion.First of all,the spatial and temporal distribution of the flood and drought disaster in the sichuan river in Ming and qing dynasties was summarized.Secondly,it summarizes the dialectical relationship between water and drought disaster and social economy.In addition,with the development of social economy,the severe impact of water and drought disaster on social economy is aggravated,and the social relief behavior is also progressing,but the occurrence of water and drought disaster cannot be avoided.Finally,it summarizes the interaction between water and drought disaster and social economy,and puts forward policy Suggestions.
