If we want to make a thorough and detailed study of Marx's state theory, the interpretation of Hagel's state theory is the premise that can not be broken. The principle of philosophy of law was born under the influence of the western enlightenment movement, the religious reform movement and the French Revolution. It bears most of the contents of Hagel's theory of state, and therefore has important research value. In the article,Hagel put forward a series of theories that the state decided the family and the civil society, the political state decided the private property and so on,aiming at maintaining the rule of the Prussian regime and shaking the flag for it.Hagel used his theory of state system to remold the new ethics system, and Marx gave a sharp criticism. In different periods,Marx's attitude towards Hagel's philosophy has a gradual process, and the emergence of Hagel's critique of French philosophy is the turning point that Marx began to criticize Hagel's philosophy.Under the background of the times,Marx had deep thought on the relationship between the state and the civil society because of his "material perplexity".He borrowed Feuerbach's "subjective and negative approach" to reveal that Hagel's national outlook is essentially a universal logic mysticism.Marx not only criticized Hagel's ideas of royal power, administrative power and legislative power, but also showed his creative thought in the process of criticism.Marx's criticism of Hagel's natitonal theory not only indicates that Marx has begun to transition from the idealist view of history to the materialist view of history. The valuable ideas embodied in the critique of Hagel's philosophy of law also have important theoretical and practical significance to the democratic process of contemporary China.
