As an important grammatical category, negative sentence combines grammatical form and grammatical meaning which is widely used by human being. However, different kinds of languages may have different form of negative. Chinese and Uygur are partly belonging to alone language and adhesive language. Both of them have negatives and their main form focuses on the negative sentences. The negative sentences in Chinese and Uygur have similarities as well as differences. The discrepancies between them can become the difficulties in the teaching of Chinese and Uygur, and can be the hurdles to the learners who learn Chinese and Uygur. Accordingly, it is necessary for us to do contrastive study of the negative sentences in Chinese and Uygur language. It is useful for bilingual education to master the negative sentence features and rules of these two languages. The thesis talks about Chinese negative sentences which are formed of Chinese words"不"and"没有"and Uygur negative sentences which are formed of Uygur words"εmεs, joq". In grammar, the thesis contrasts Chinese and Uygur language's negative sentence structure feature in grammatical structure, tense form and negative word. In semantics, the thesis discusses the semantic meaning of the negative structure of Chinese and Uygur language's negative sentence. To analysis the negative sentence of Chinese and Uygur language which embody the situation of "cooperation principle" and "politeness principle". Through contrasting research, there are more similarities than differences in negative sentence of Chinese and Uygur language.
