Research On Language Communication Problems And Countermeasures Of French Translators In Chinese Companies In Africa

With the development of “One Belt One Road” initiative,all kinds of talents for global communication are playing an increasingly significant role in our international relationship.Recently,Africa is becoming the forth destination of China’s investments abroad and also the second contracting market of overseas area.In terms of the current cultivation of language talents,there has been a huge discrepancy between the cultivation itself and the anticipation of modern society.Likewise,these interpreters of French language hit some trouble on the aspect of language communication with local people.Thus,it is necessary for us to take a deep investigation and survey according to the capacity of language communication for this group,and get a specific analysis about the issues they may have in every aspects of language communication.Besides,we are supposed to analyze their contact-needs and give solutions accordingly,in order to offer revolutionary reference for foreign language teachers in terms of the teaching content,ways of teaching,methods of teaching and even the textbooks,which is beneficial for promoting the new idea of teaching under the national background of “Improve the talents for applying”.However,what is social language capacity? What kinds of talent can be competent enough in the interpreting job in Chinese enterprises in Africa? These are all worthy for enterprises,educators and the French major students themselves.This research takes the concept of language communication capacity and the basic comprehensible elements as the starting point,discussing the question on how to improve the language communication capacity.Researchers first introduced the researching background and put some questions,and then made a summery in both sides of the composition of cross-cultural communication capacity and the elements of language communication capacity,which classified the concept and provided the mark-up chart of the elements of language communication capacity.This research is in mode of qualitative research method,which already designed a questionnaire,gathered the data and analyzed the statistic data basses on the base of the composing elements of language communication capacity.According to the research,the ability of language communication is a quite complicated system ability,which is formed of language ability,applying ability and the communicative competence.At present,China doesn’t have a perfect evaluation system for language communication.Researchers are trying to start with the teaching realities through investigation,comprehending the labor aptitude and the issues about language communication ability of the special group of people who are exactly the interpreters in Chinese enterprises in Africa,providing the corresponding countermeasures which can offer a great reference for the teaching revolution.This research is a primary exploration of the group we presented above,which still requires a great deal of accumulation of the evidence on both credibility and validity.It still lack of somewhat depth to some extent on data analysis aspect,which every parts of it should be accomplished as soon as possible.
