Cultural leisure tourism plays an important role in the transformation and upgrading of the tourism industry.As an important resource for heritage tourism,historical and cultural blocks are important carriers for promoting the development of urban leisure tourism and urban brand building.However,many historical and cultural blocks in China have experienced unreasonable development and excessive tourism development.Tourist perception is a new source of competitive advantage of tourism destinations.It's a problem for urban planners and operators that how to measure the suitability of tourism development in historical and cultural blocks and adjust tourism development strategies according to tourist perception.Based on the relevant literature and field research,the study constructs a suitability assessment system based on tourists' perception of historical and cultural blocks' tourism development,including 8 perception dimensions and 32 measurement indicators.IPA analysis was performed for one-sample t-test and paired-sample t-test.The study found that:historical and cultural perception,landscape aesthetic perception,environmental perception,and image perception belong to the high importance and high performance dimension,which is the advantage of blocks tourism development;service perception is the low importance and low performance dimension,which is the aspect that developers want to enhance the tourist perception needing attention;entertainment and leisure perception,knowledge education perception,and economic perception are high-impact and low-performance,historical and cultural blocks have not met the expectations of tourists in these three aspects,and they are the aspects that need to be improved in further tourism development;Historical figures,historical monuments,integrity,art:istry,rarity,leisure decompression,neatness,coordination,authenticity,online payment,popularity,external image,uniqueness,symbolism,price and spiritual benefits are high importance Performance indicators,which needs to be maintained and improved;Professionalism is a low-importance and high-performance indicator that can be moderately adjusted;color matching,richness,leisure satisfaction,leisure and convenience,attitude,service overall feeling,knowledge layer belong to low importance and low performance indicators,however,with the development of experiential tourism and the development of deeply interactive tourism activities,these indicators have lower priority but cannot be ignored in the future;Historical display,historical folklore,historical experience,leisure learning,safety,self-cultivation,potential,and spiritual gains are indicators of high importance and low performance,and there is still a gap between the expectations of tourists and the irmprovement of the key points of the neighborhood.Tourism development is an important way to revitalize historical and cultural blocks.Tourism development is suitable and feasible based on the principle of sustainable development,and then the study makes the marketing strategy of tourism development about historical and cultural blocks.The innovations of the article lie in:Firstly,the tourist perception is the cut-off of tourism development suitability research,paying more attention to the perception of tourism activity subject;Secondly,construct the system of tourism development suitability assessment about historical and cultural blocks;thirdly,The study reflects the performance of tourists' perception of various indicators objectively in tourism development in historical and cultural blocks,and seeks key perception dimensions and key improvement indicators;finally,the strategies of tourism development in Tianjin historical and cultural blocks are proposed based on the IPA analysis results.
