A Comparative Experimental Study Of Mono-character Tones Between Zhuanghe Urban Area And Northern Mountainous Area

Currently,there are few researches on the dialect in Zhuanghe,and the research results are mainly based on traditional method of “speech listening discrimination”.This paper mainly adopts experimental phonetics to research the dialect tone of Zhuanghe,selects the dialect tones of three representative areas for investigation and research,including Zhuanghe City,Buyunshan Village and Taling Town.This paper is divided into six parts:In the introduction part,the geographical and historical situations of Zhuanghe City and northern mountain area are firstly introduced on the whole;secondly,the current research situation of dialect in Zhuanghe is introduced from two aspects of traditional phonetics and experimental phonetics;thirdly,the research content,significance and methods are expounded;finally,the research process is described.Chapter 1,the phonetic systems in Zhuanghe City,Buyunshan Village and Taling Town are summarized.Based on analyzing the linguistic data of the speaker,the initial consonant system,compound vowel system of the three above-mentioned areas are summarized,besides,the tone system are obtained through the method of "Mouth and hearing discrimination",and the phonetic system situations of the three areas are summarized and described.Chapter 2,experimental phonetics method is adopted to research the pitch of citation tone of the dialect in Zhuanghe City.Firstly,normalization processing for the pitch of citation tone of the dialect in Zhuanghe City is conducted to get the experimental pitch of the citation tone;secondly,the pitch of citation tone is researched from two perspectives of age and gender for exploring the factors influencing tone change.Chapter 3,experimental phonetics method is adopted to research the pitch of citation tone of the dialects in Buyunshan Village and Taling Town.Firstly,normalization processing for the pitches of citation tones of the dialects in in Buyunshan Village and Taling Town are conducted respectively to get the experimental pitches of the citation tones;secondly,the pitches of citation tones of the two areas are researched from two perspectives of age and gender for exploring the factors influencing tone change.Chapter 4,the pitches of citations tones of the three above areas are compared to obtain the differences among them.In the Conclusion Part,the main conclusions for each part are summarized roundly and meticulously.
