Shanghai Mass Art Museum: History, Current Situation And Prospects

Since the reform and opening up,with the continuous opening of China's domestic market,China's cultural system has undergone several stages of development and has continued to develop in depth.As an important part of China's cultural system reform,the mass cultural system has also changed with the reform of China's cultural system.As a mass cultural institution established by the Chinese government,the Shanghai Mass Art Centers has continuously adjusted its functional orientation since its establishment.Through the study of the development history of Shanghai Mass Art Center to clarify the development path of the mass culture system in our country,to understand the relationship between cultural policy and the mass culture system in our country,and the change of the mass culture system in micro level and how performance is of great significance.This article reviews the development of cultural policy and popular culture system in our country,Shanghai Mass Art Centers as the research object,based on the historical stage of cultural policy in our country,divided into the planned economy period,reform and opening up and deepening the reform of cultural system in the early times three times to explore the history and status quo of Shanghai Mass Art Centers.Based on the historical review and analysis of the current situation,the development prospect of Shanghai mass art management is prospected.This paper finds that the Shanghai Mass Art Museum in the planned economy period is protected and controlled by the state's rights on the one hand,and serves the national will on the other hand.During this period,the main tasks of the Shanghai mass art centers were to carry out literacy work and mass cultural activities,and to enhance the ideological and cultural accomplishment of the general public and participate in the construction of national ideology through mass cultural activities.After the reform and opening up,under the background of economic system reform,the business scope of mass cultural institutions has developed from the"small culture" in the past to the"big culture”integrating science,education,culture,health care and sports.At the same time,in order to subsidize the lack of funds for activities,many mass cultural institutions have begun to try to carry out”supplement the text with the text",diversified management and other service projects,in order to enhance their own development ability.In this context,since the 1980s,Shanghai Mass Art Centers has also expanded its business scope and tried to carry out the activity of supplementing literature with literature.In addition,after the reform and opening up,the Shanghai Mass Art Centers has also carried out functional enhancements in organizing mass cultural activities,guiding the creation of mass literary and artistic works,training mass cultural cadres,conducting cultural exchanges,and collecting and arranging folk art and so on.The convening of the 16th national congress of the communist party of China marks a new stage in the reform of China's cultural system.During the period of deepening the reform of the cultural system,the Shanghai Mass Art space,the cultural classroom,the cultural display platform for citizens,and the new functions such as bridges and ties connecting Chinese and foreign people,and made many explorations in the practice of public cultural services.In 2016,Shanghai issued a new round of overall urban planning for 2040,in which the vision of urban development is "to build an outstanding global city by 2040",and the positioning of urban culture development is to be an international cultural metropolis with global influence.The construction of Shanghai international cultural metropolis presents both opportunities and challenges for Shanghai Mass Art Centers.In the context of the construction of an international cultural metropolis,the Shanghai Mass Art Centers needs to improve the quality of the citizens and the city's civilization;promote the city's traditional culture,foster a high degree of cultural awareness and cultural self-confidence,and enhance the functions of foreign cultural exchanges.In the context of the construction of Shanghai as an international cultural metropolis,the Shanghai mass art centers,in order to realize the concept of innovative development,should adhere to the cultural concept of treating each other as equals,actively disseminate the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and help citizens establish an international perspective.At the organizational level,the public cultural distribution platform should be optimized and new ways of international cultural exchange should be expanded.Through the research of this topic,I hope to deepen the understanding of the
