The quality of English teaching has been the concern of the whole society for many years,especially in recent years,the English language has been pushed to the top of the world.As one of the hot topic subjects,the primary English can not be ignored for the influence and importance.Due to the particularity of it,it is especially concerned by various population,such as educational departments,social groups,parents and students.Primary school English education plays an important role in the local education system.As one of the main subjects,the development of its discipline affects the quality of education and teaching directly,educational fair and balanced development and the interest for each family.As a starting period of English,the quality of the primary school English teaching affects students' further learning directly,which is related to students' interest in English learning and the development of learning habits.It has important meaning for the students' lifelong learning.It also puts forward higher requirements for the quality management of primary school English teaching.The problems of primary school English teaching has been for many years,such as unbalanced development of education,qualified teachers problems,regional and educational differences.As the sub-center of Beijing,the primary school English teaching quality management must be standardized and improved to meet the needs of the development of education and to solve the facing problems: unbalanced development of education,old teaching methods,teacher staffing shortage and so on.Under this background,the research of the primary school English teaching quality management shows the important actual meaning on promoting the development of education,enhancing the competitive ability of education,improving the level of regional teaching in Tongzhou.Regard this as the logical starting point,base on the Tongzhou District Education Commission and Tongzhou Teachers' Research and Training Center,play their supervising and guidance function,the author regards the primary school English teaching quality management as the research subject,to explore the present problems and find out the solve methods for the future.This research adapts the methods of documentary analysis,normative research method and empirical analysis in theory.Based on the theoretical discussion of the primary school English teaching quality management and affirm its promotion on the development of education and teachers,the author analyzes the details of the general situation of the primary school English in China and the research of the primary school English teaching quality management in Tongzhou,Beijing.The author analyzes the existing problems and concludes the advantages and disadvantages in the management process deeply.Then a large number of materials and information are obtained and analysed from the primary schools,teachers and students in Tongzhou District,and the real needs of the schools and teachers are fully understood.This research focuses on the teaching level and the problem of teachers' job burnout in English teaching quality management in primary schools of Tongzhou,and expounds the conclusion after the empirical analysis of the primary school English quality.Finally,aiming at the above problems,the writer puts forward the solution strategies on improving the quality on the concepts transformation,teachers' qualification,reward and punishment and providing specific and operational methods to the primary school English teaching quality management for Tongzhou District.
