Due to the increasing emphasis on rural education,more and more new teachers step into the rural primary school teaching position,become a people's teacher.However,the new teachers have to undergo the transition from students to teachers,from the perspective of physical and mental health,the initial teaching experience is particularly important and difficult part of their entire career.The existing research has less attention to the new rural primary school English teachers,but the inexperienced new teachers face the complicated teaching environment,the pressure of teaching and the many discomfort of the initial entry,will it cause job burnout? If there is a situation of burnout,which is caused by the specific reasons? How to overcome this problem?In order to answer these questions,the author went into many rural primary schools and on the basis of communication with the school leaders,using the teachers' job burnout scale to measure 35 novice English teachers of rural primary school,the result shows that most of the novice rural primary school English teachers have primary or intermediate burnout.In order to further analyze the specific causes of burnout and its mitigation strategies,the three teachers with relatively high burnout degree were selected as the specific research object.The study aims to collect specific burnout cases through daily observation and interview.This paper probes into the specific burnout symptoms in emotion,cognition and behavior of the three new rural primary school English teachers ' teaching career,and probes into their specific causes,and finally puts forward practical and effective measures to solve the problems in different situations.Ease their job burnout mentality.According to a comprehensive survey of the new rural primary school teachers' job burnout scale,the three teachers' the statistical results of high-frequency words from N-VIVO10 software in the interview outline and the stories of the three teachers' specific burnout cases in the work,this paper holds that the new rural primary school English teachers have job burnout.Based on the theory of educational psychology and the connotation of teacher burnout,on the basis of analyzing the specific cases of job burnout of the new rural primary school English teachers,this paper analyzes the causes of occupational burnout in the aspects of the present situation of teaching,theteachers themselves and the characteristics of English subjects,and gives the corresponding practical solutions.First of all,teachers must work hard to get rid of the harm of burnout.On the other hand,schools should try to prevent the erosion of job burnout.In addition,the society should work to improve teachers ' job burnout.Teachers,schools and society should work together to help the new rural primary school English teachers to alleviate the negative emotion of job burnout,make it smoothly out of the predicament and confusion in the early career,regain the enthusiasm and self-confidence of the education cause,firmly rooted in the rural primary school English education cause.
