The Expression Of "line" In Contemporary Genre Painting

Chinese meticulous figure painting is a unique and ancient painting art.Thousands of years of Chinese civilization history has left many amazing excellent paintings for mankind,among which figure painting occupies a large proportion,and custom painting has formed a system in the long evolution.After four years of undergraduate and three years of postgraduate study,my graduation creation-"City Well" series of creative expositions,from collecting materials to starting line sketches,then to copy lines and coloring,repeated revisions,experienced from the first grade to the third grade two years to complete.During the period of creation,through personal experience and creation process,I have benefited a lot from the creation of folk figure painting,and learned something from it.This article describes the expression of contemporary folk painting line-the series of creation elaboration of "Municipal Well".This experience is that I learned a lot in figure painting,but also my painting skills have improved,laying a solid foundation for future learning.Combining theory with practice,we constantly seek the experience of artistic creation.
